Scripps were absolutely amazing and I won’t be going anywhere else for my future electrical needs! They were easily the best value electricians in Whangarei (and I received three quotes from other electricians in the area for the same job), they responded promptly, did an excellent fast job of installing a brand new oven, the customer service is a breeze and pleasure to deal with, my electrician showed up on time and kept in contact with me leading up to the installation date, he was lovely and professional and they have an easy invoicing process! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Scripps were great. In fact better than great. Less than 24hrs from my call the Dryer was working again. It the second time i have called Scripps and i have no problen giving them a 5 star service rating.

We can highly recommend Scripps Electrical Ltd whose service is A++! We have just had our washing machine repaired and the service was fast and professional. The communication was excellent and we were thrilled that Scripps had our machine working again in no time.

Had my dishwasher blow up from a power surge (the inside electrics actually caught fire). Shelley and Tom's team came out to assess it. Provided an itemised quote for repairs which were more than the cost of a new one. Insurance paid out for a new one. Happy customer all round. Thanks Scripps Team. Booked Scripps to fix my washing machine. The office was friendly and efficient. The technician was knowledgable, and professional and took the time to explain his process and even followed up with a call a few days later. Excellent service all round highly recommend.

The speed and efficiency of the Scripps team was great. From the first phone call to the technician who called. All very professional and they knew what they where doing. This was not just a small repair it was a complete change of the unit on a major problem that came about. Thank you all.

Washing machine assessment and replacement. I took my Samsung washing machine into Scripps for a second opinion as to why the barrel wasn't spinning at the end of the cycle. Everything else worked perfectly as per usual, the wash cycle, rinse, water level, temperature, programme choice, timer, etc. Already the Appliance Guy had come to assess my machine and was informed, without any thorough investigation, the mother board was the fault and it would not be possible to replace it. He offered to sell me a different washing machine, a Midea, install it, offer an extended warranty and take away my existing Samsung machine. Shelley, joint owner of Scripps, informed me that Samsung had completely recalled all machines with this series-model number and Samsung would give me the options of a complete refund of the cost of the machine or a replacement. I was immediately reimbursed the assessment fee. Scripps took responsibility for packaging my machine, sending back to Samsung and receiving the replacement model, all at no charge to me the customer. Had I not sought a second opinion I would have been done the wiser. I would like to applaud their total honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, integrity. It is unfortunate that more tradesmen, services, companies today don't share these qualities.

Once Fisher and Paykel supplied the part needed, the servicing of my washing machine was prompt. A delightful, courteous young man confidently fixed and tested the machine. I am a happy customer!

After our dishwasher could not be repaired I had Scripps deliver my new two drawer F&P Dishwasher from Harvey Norman. For a very reasonable price they picked it up from H.N. and delivered it at the time they said they would. They installed it for us and then he taught us how to use it and what not to do, even down to why not to use a certain powder in it. He and the receptionist were nice to deal with and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Scripps. Prior to this I had Mr Rental pick up our washing machine, drop off a rental machine and he dropped our washing mach to Scripps who was able to get a part for the 12 year old machine (Bosch) and Mr Rental dropped it back for us. It was all very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Scripps and Mr Rental for this service as I did not have to do without a washing machine.

Very happy with service itself. It took a while for parts to arrive though appreciate that is not necessarily the fault of Scripps. Every person I spoke to in the company was friendly and efficient. As these things go the account was reasonable - though could have been better itemized.

Scripps were fabulous for our ceramic stove top problem diagnosis and new installation. Really speedy, great communication, and a great price. Harvey even put us onto the cheapest/most efficient supplier of the product we wanted in Whangarei, so we are most grateful for that. Will definitely use Scripps for all future needs. They are an absolute dream team at Scripps Electrical and exceeded my expectations, ordered a part for our Samsung Machine and it arrived in 2 days. Customer service was excellent with clear communication and super fast delivery.

I dropped off my tumble dryer to Scripps when it refused to go for anything more than 10 seconds. The staff were great at communicating with me. They tested the dryer on all settings and the senior technician then spoke to me regarding his findings. They then made a special extension lead and all in a short space of time to suit me. Thanks Scripps staff for your wonderful service which I highly recommend to everyone

After hiring a ‘cowboy’ to fix me fridge and be run around and not be fixed, I’m happy I chose to give Scripps a go. The previous company that I had arranged to fix my fridge never showed up or answered all forms of communication. Scripps however were very professional. They had my appliance checked and a new part fitted within less then a week or so. With be recommending to anyone I know with electrical/appliance issues.

I needed urgent repair of my washing machine, it was old and due a change out, Scripps came the same day I phoned, they gave me a reasonable quote to fix, but also let me know they had reconditioned machines in their shop, I went down immediately and brought one, it was cheaper than to repair my old one, I brought another washing machine and a fridge also for really good prices, and came the next day to delivery and attach to go, really happy and will recommend using Scipps, thanks for your services.
