J. W.I recently asked Resene ColourShop in Nelson to create a new, special, bright mid-blue to be mixed as a high-gloss oil-based paint specifically to match an existing logotype and signage.
I am an advertising Art Director and the Manager, who has an excellent understanding of colour balance, informed me exactly what he he would do to match the difficult blue, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He even bothered to create a new brand name for this colour, calling it "Earth Gems Blue."
I will most certainly use this Resene's branch in Nelson for future projects.
