K.Very cheap parking, great professional staff, very informative, great contact. We missed our flight I forgot to ring them being stressed and he was very understanding. Highly recommend.
K.Quick and efficient service. Got there, dropped off my keys and john got me to the airport in the shuttle. All within half an hour. When we came back we only had to call and john was there in 15 minutes. By far the most personalized and speedy service we've encountered in a parking company.

P.Price is good but you need a lot of time allowance. Travel from car park to airport is about 10mins or more depending to traffic. Waited more than 15mins for the shuttle going to the airport. Waited 40mins from the airport going back to the car park
N.Amazing service. Waiting for us to park up, we a little late in traffic. On the flight home, Jeff texted to make sure we were ok and waiting for us to arrive. Great price and literally 5 minutes free shuttle from the airport. They drop you off right outside terminal and pick up outside too.
D.I am surprised at some of the negative feedback. Our on-line booking was easy. We were expected on arrival and despite the language difference we thought the service was friendly. On return our shuttle arrived without the need to call. I did not have to hand over my car key so was able to go straight to my car. All the for $36 for 5 days! Makes the others look like a rip-off. I strongly recommend these guys. Thanks and good luck!

A.I was a bit concerned about dealing with Apark due to all the negative reviews I had read about them, however I experienced no issues and was very happy with the service provided. When we arrived on a 2am flight from Rarotonga, I received an SMS from the driver requesting I inform him when I had cleared customs - which I did. He told me he was on his way....and arrived 5 minutes later. and even handed me my keys on the shuttle.
All was in order with my vehicle as well. I would definitely use them again.
D.Best value for long-term car parking at AKL. Service is hit or miss - the guy is really nice and friendly and the young lady couldn't care less. System is slightly disorganised but at no point did I feel unsafe to leave my car with them. With the recent pandemic my inbound flight was delayed a few days. When I called from overseas they were very understanding and let me pay the remainder whenever I got back. Pickup was within the time frame given (20 minutes). Would use again.
D.Bought 2 passes, used the first one and it went as expected but didn't get to use the second one due to flight cancellation and Covid, told them to defer the booking again and they told me they have no record of my booking, which I've done in accordance to their staff instruction by texting them the information of the deferral previously so they should have altered my booking on their system. They do not respond to half of my messages so I have no idea whether they got my messages or not.
Edit: 2 days later I got an email asking me for a return date for my deferred booking, no mention of how they found my booking or apologize for their mistake. They should employ someone who has better organisation and customer service skills
S.Good service, very prompt, good location. I appreciated the text asking if we were ready on our return when we were late off the plane, very reassuring/ stress free pick up. Friendly helpful drivers, 2nd time using this service, would recommend.

S.Booked and paid for my parking via their website. I have to say I was a bit concerned because the web pages were not fully updated. However, I took a chance because their rate for a week was so much lower compared to the rest. Anyway, on my arrival today it was reasonably easy. The parking lot is unsealed. But everyone behind the counter were friendly and we were in a shuttle van within 15 minutes after dropping off my key.
K.We left our car at Apark for a month while overseas and were collected at the airport on our return promptly after calling. Friendly and efficient. Will definitely be using Apark again.
