Value for money, super easy online booking system and fast process once you arrive at the parking facility. Shuttles run all the time so it's never a long wait. These guys are my go to every time.

Wow, such a efficient service with a personal touch. They even greeted me by my last name when I picked up my car! I have used many park and ride services and by far this is the best. Thank you guys! I would give 10 stars if I can.

Really great customer service. Shuttle was ready to take us to the airport on drop off and shuttle took maybe 10 minutes to grab us from the airport at pick up. Really quick, great price, car was left in exact same condition. Will be using again!

You do have to leave your keys with them as they may need to move your car. But aside from that the pricing is really good value and the shuttle is always on hand to take you to the airport or back to your car. Amazing service!

We were so impressed with Safepark. Everyone was friendly, the price was reasonable, the shuttle left on time and must importantly the shuttle was there waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed. Great customer service!

I am a regular user of SafePark and while they may be slightly more expensive than other parking services, I use them because they are friendly, efficient and I feel my car is safe under their care. Frequent travel is not glamorous and the smooth booking, drop off and pick up takes one less hassle out of the journey. Even in these less busy times I haven't been made to wait to 'fill up the van'. Thank you to Valerie and the team.

In the beginning I was a little hesitant to leave my car for a week at a carpark that I hadnt used previously and my view has completely changed. I will definitely be using Safepark again. Staff gave a warm welcome, i dropped off my keys at the desk and we were on our way within 5 mins. Bags were loaded into the van by staff. Shuttle runs very often and pickup from airport was quick too. As soon as we arrived at the park to pick our car, we were surprised to see our car already ready for pickup right opposite the reception desk. Best part is the parking is really cheap. Definitely recommended.

We have used SafePark services on numerous occasions and they are fantastic. This is the absolute best Auckland airport car park facility- booking is simple, their park is easy to find , excellent prompt service and very friendly management and staff. Also SafePark have competitive pricing and are extremely helpful if you have to modify some booking details. They are simply the best.

Excellent Service , I haven’t had to wait for the Transit van from the depot or from arrivals . It’s always waiting to go . My car feels safe at the depot and it very easy booking and parking . Last time I arrived from the Airport to the Depot Moana had moved my car out from its car park to the exit area right beside the office . Friendly and very professional service from the office Ladies and the Driving staff to the Airport . Brilliant .

What awesome people the team at SafePark are. I was running late, and had to get to check in by 6.15am. Pulled up to SafePark, flustered and stressed, at 6.03am. They smiled, took my bag from the car, checked me in, and had me at check in with 5 mins to spare. I couldn't have walked from on-airport parking any quicker. Great service, and really friendly team. Will use them again and again

Used these guys for the first time after Air NZ closed their facility a couple of months ago. They really delivered. The online booking system worked fine. They had enough shuttles on to get us to the airport on time. The staff were organised and friendly, the drivers were great and the vans were clean and new. On the way back a call to the base was answered quickly and they updated me on when to expect the next shuttle would arrive. Two things that could be better - have under cover parking available as an option, and have a bigger covered waiting area.

Awesome service from the team. One of our kids left an item in the car and we only realised once at the airport. The driver took me back to collect and back to the airport without any drama.

New operators. Great service and quick pick up. Easy to find to drop off location but use Google maps if dropping off car in the dark as roundabouts disconcerting. Longer you stay the cheaper it gets. Nice driver was great with lifting luggage in a friendly and useful way. Recommend.

I was a little skeptical when my GF booked the car in here as I'd usually go to the more expensive parks outside the airport, but, I will absolutely use these guys again. Great service from the staff, good van to get to the terminal with the driver also handling the bags for you.

Great staff, super efficient and overall an awesome experience. I've found it to be cheaper than Ubering to and fro from West Auckland whenever I need to fly. Definitely recommend this to anyone who thought parking at the airport was too expensive - it can be done!

Super friendly staff! Quick & Efficient- we got here 30 minutes early but were able to get on the next shuttle that came after 5 minutes! The price is unbeatable too !

In my rush to get to plane at 6am I left my phone in the car. Told the driver who arranged for someone to to get it and bring it over on the next shuttle, I waited less than a minute at the terminal and my phone arrived. Thanks to the Safepark team, Outstanding service !!!!

Have used this service twice since AirNZ stopped their parking service. I wanted to keep supporting the staff. We came back from our overseas trip to discover there was food (potato curry) in the drivers foot well, one of the windows was partially open, and the floor mat was scrunched up around the pedals. I'm not too bothered about the window and floor mat, but I expect to have my car returned in the state I supplied it. I made a complaint, photos were taken. This was over 3 weeks ago, and Care Park haven't bothered to contact me at all. Not even an apology. Update: After seeing this review Care Park have contacted me and provided a refund and compensation of some free parking and a wash and vacuum!. They claim they missed my complaint at their end, teething problems probably. I tried to take Care Park up on their offer of a free groom and parking but they forgot to do it. When I collected the car, it hadn't been touched at all. I emailed them and asked why it hadn't been groomed, so they upgraded my free wash and vacuum to include a dashboard wipe and wheel treatment. This time they did remember to do the groom, and I was met by one of the managers on my return, who was very apologetic and asked if everything was OK this time. Obviously I hadn't had time to inspect the quality of the clean, but I did agree to update my review to 5 stars at their request. (They sent a text message a week later to remind me to update the review). It turned out that there were a few spots on the car that were missed during the exterior washing, but overall an adequate clean. (I have very high standards as I used to run a grooming operation, but I do understand that if this was cleaned at night, or not checked after it had dried, it is very hard to get it right every time.). This firm really value client feedback, and do put a lot of effort into making things right.

I had parked with Air NZ parking at Freight place for years, so when they advised they were losing that facility, I was somewhat concerned. However, Care Park have been a drop in replacement, with what seems like more (& bigger) vehicles available for drop off & collection. Very impressed with their service & the website is easy to use & quick to book a spot.

What a great experience. Felt like a VIP and will likely never use the auckland airport parking again. Greeted with a smile on arrival, offered for my bags to be loaded into a clean, tidy modern van (which I waited less than 5min for). Dropped right outside the check-in gates. On return, similiar experience, with my keys being handed to me as I stepped out the van, mentioned by name as well. Now this is customer service :) Keep it up guys!

I am raving about Carepark - just used it for a 9 day trip to the South Island and left my car with Carepark Auckland. I loved the fast and friendly service, with immediate shuttle to the domestic terminal, and helped with my bags for me. When I landed the yellow and black Carepark van was waiting as they have your flight number for when you land. On site, they had an attractive office with flower baskets, a customer lounge, and toilets. I think it cost about $65 for 9 nights with their New Years offer which was incredible value. Highly recommend! 10/10
