C.Great place to have a picnic with the family, bring a basket ball and shoot some hoops and have a go on the gym equipment. Very family friendly. Just be careful of the duck poo!
E.Nice and peaceful.. new playground and play areas.. clean public toilets available on site.. perfect place to go walking, take the kids to play or even the dog.. BBQ area.. Beautiful lake views.. plenty parking.. Walkway goes around whole lake..
E.Very nice place for family and kids to visit,plenty of room and activities for the kids. Bbq area to cook food. Clean restrooms with plenty of stalls so there are no lines. A lovely view of the lake to be enjoyed by all
C.While in lockdown this park is great, it’s large and open plenty of room. The side with large trees by railway track is also a good place for dogs.
S.Picnic by the lake at sunset, brilliant atmosphere
D.Great spot to picnic, chill, relax. There's exercise equipment and plenty of grass areas to play, practice or exercise. It has toilets, a small playground, a BBQ area and heaps of parking. Can start your walk around the lake from here. There are better playgrounds for kids and a shop over at the main Lake Domain.

A.Excellent place to pull over, park under a tree, sit on a bench and have lunch while there was a gentle breeze blowing over us. Just enjoying the moment. Loved it

T.Great for a family picnic or a run around the lake. New addition to the playground is really versatile especially for the "bigger" kids.
K.It's good, apart from when it's wet obviously. Nice park, plenty of space for kids to run around, play games etc
M.I come here for walks. Its 4kms if you follow the km plate marks around it. Watch out for duck poos. There is a fitness ground for adults in Innes Common and a playground for kids at the Veranda Cafe side. You can get coffee and ice cream there, too. Drinking fountain that works is on this side, too.
N.The area the kids playground is within its under maintenance at the moment. Not a nice site to see. Not suitable for under 2s. There is 1 baby swing and that's it. Take your under 2s to Rotoroa playground. Playground suits older kids. The gym area is cool and hopefully it's utilised... not by me though 🤣
A.Excellent walk. Lovely warm day.

P.Awesome walk around the lake
T.Innes Common is a great green space for having a picnic or playing a game. There are a number of different sports feilds nearby and it's location next to the lake provides a lovely relaxed atmosphere. There is a walking path around the lake atwo play areas for children.
T.Hamilton city Waikato is famous their hot air balloons.
k.Just like any club all good
G.Had not been there in a few years so it was great to see more activities for kids and fitness type equipment put in place. How ever there is only 1 drinking fountain. But it was a nice sunny afternoon and the moko loved his time out.
M.Nice 3.8km walk around the lake but at sunset you can run into a lot of midges. Fine at other times though.
J.Enjoyed the serenity as cheeky swans come to check me out for some food to no avail

K.Great parkour area, outdoor gym equipment and a smallish amount of good quality kids playground plus bbq and plenty of open space - makes this a fantastic area. Then it's right next to the lake and walkway and not far to the larger, kids playground.
L.Was real tinny .. found a park just like that.. remembered we had out chairs in the boot . Found a space. Only waited 5 mins until fire works.. leaving the lake wasnt tooo bad either .. 10/10

Nice place to walk for adults and kids
J.Took my children to fly kites, had a fantastic afternoon. Great space for flying kites, frisbee, cricket or any other games. Take your sun hat at this time of year, so you dont get burnt. Take along a picnic and enjoy some quality time with family or your friends.
S.Great walk around the Hamilton Lakes, watch abit of waka ama training, abit of renos going on near kids playground, otherwise awesome place to go and catch up with family, pack a picnic basket, chill and relax, loads of activity going on

A.We have a great asset here in hamilton. Today we watched a boat regatta. There's always something neat happening at the Hamilton Lake.

K.1st parkrun and I smashed it ! Thanks to our team and all the runners/Walker's for your encouragement....it was awesome !! Want to do parkrun...register at parkrun website, meet at innes common (Hamilton Lake) at 7:30am every Saturday morning and start at 8am. See you there !!

Had lunch at Pavilion restaurant $40 lunch for two: frittata with relish and salads, plum and ricotta GF cake with coffee
Walk around lake 4.2 km took us 1 hour
We really enjoyed the day and lunch and would love to do it again
