I've corrected the details on this Google Maps listing. It was incorrectly titled 'Mt Oxford Car Park' and in a category of 'Hiking Area' (it's the start of a few hikes but there are listings for those hiking areas already. This listing is for the car park). This is probably the reason that others have found the car park hard to find; at least two other reviews say their GPS couldn't find this car park. Every DOC website, map, and other references refer to this location as the correct 'Coopers Creek Car Park', so this is the name I've updated it to.
The good news for those that still use the old name is that it'll show up in a search for either name in Google Maps.
Also note that there's a second car park that you can use to access a track to Mt Oxford summit - the 'View Hill Car Park' further to the west.

Both times I come here I haven't managed to Summit Mount Oxford. Also for some reason my GPS struggles to show me the way to this car park. But a beautiful area to walk through just very muddy. Make sure you've got your hiking boots on. For more photos like these feel free to find me on Instagram the_mountain.mannequin

Great place for a hike, but watch it for the annoying Sandflies at the start and near the waterfall.

There definitely is a carpark, but it's small. Google showed the correct way to it as well. Lovely walk, but be careful with a family, it's steep at times and I wouldn't go there when it's wet. Bring good shoes, good cloths (against sand-flies) and water at least.

As far as I am aware there is no Mt Oxford carpark. To walk Mt Oxford or to Rydes Falls you need to park at Coopers Creek. Both walks are amazing

Good place to spend the night. Got toilet (building site toilet) and you are ready in the morning to hike to mount Oxford.

Beautiful place to start a walk/run or mountain bike!
