B.The grounds are set amongst well established groves of trees with sections of rolling hills.
You can take your dog around the grounds for an adventure through the forresty-grassy bits and forget you're in actually in a fully fenced dog park. In the middle is a big sandy flat area, great for any dog, but also probably a bit easier on the joints for dogs who this a concern for. The sand is also a great spot for pups with an inclination to dig - save your lawn at home and get it out of their system here! You will also find a drinking fountain and picnic table, well shaded by big tall trees.
Multiple entrances - the main one being off Ocean Road (it's easy to miss if you're driving by).

D.Fully fenced, free poop bags at entrance and bins for waste. Nice view of Kapiti Island at top rear seating. Water bowls and fresh water taps supplied there also.
M.Excellent dog park! Fenced all through out with tons of poo bags, water station and even picnic tables. I also love that there’s shade around the park. Only issue is that when it rains it can be really muddy as haldf of the ground is not covered by grass.

S.Too many dogs at this time and a couple who were a bit boisterous. Large group having a picnic there not really in control of their dogs but it was still good. Just didn't let my dog off the lead. She normally loves it though. I'll go back later

S.OK as there wasn't too many big dogs there so my girl felt OK off leash. I have been before and there's been too many aggressive and boisterous big dogs and it scares my wee girl
D.Have been taking my dog here for years, a great spot for dogs who love exploring and playing. Most dog owners that visit are usually very kind and friendly, although you get the odd nasty one.
A.Fantastic dog park. About 10 am was the time we went and it was full of dogs having the time of their lives.
J.Awesome dog park, very large area with some great hills for the dogs to run up, very well fenced and there is even water for the dogs
D.Good amount of space, lots of trees, some hills to explore and flat ground for fetch. Bins and bags for poo was there which is awesome and a fountain.

J.100% closed in with multiple places for the humans to sit. Great view from the top of the hill. Also has a water fountain for both doggos and humans!
C.Great big area for dogs would be better without all the council work but it's there to make it better.
A.Great little park. Best time to visit is definitely during the day though, if you end up there from about 4-6pm week nights it is very busy.
