Great to have a bus hub at last in Silverdale . Clean tidy toilets if needed , and also a coffee spot . Well set out.
M.
No pedestrian access if you approach from dairy flat if you walk from milldale. You either have to walk across the no ped Xing at the bus exit lane or walk further to the other Xing. Bizarre that pedestrian path to small lane which is a country lane
s.
Need Dough boys back! And a top up card machine.
S.
I'm thankful they have increased parking and bus shelters. Looking forward to the food outlets across the road for when you need to wait for next bus and need a snack
C.
Still under construction, can you believe it! The end seems to be in sight now with the work carrying on in what's going to be the hub. Eventually one would be able to do the self service top up, check the balance on the tag and all the other good things that we had to get to Albany to do... I can't wait for this to be completed and hopefully they'll be carrying on with the additional parking which is sorely needed.
D.
Good bus connections to the city but the car park is full by 0730 most mornings leading to cars parking in any free patch of grass. With winter coming it will soon become a muddy mess.
For some reason the local connections are all scheduled to leave and arrive at the same time leading to congestion.
They have only half built the station and don't show any signs of finishing it.
It's time they finished the job and added more car parks, but if you need to get a bus to the city you don't have much choice but to come here anyway...
M.
Overall nice and practical, can get a bit noisy in those glass cages. Toilets available and coffee place open on weekdays
W.
Always nice and clean ,toilets ,can get a coffee and pie
C.
A very good Park 🏞️ and Ride carpark.
S.
Awesome to have a park and ride but there are still not enough parks. Ticketing cars is offensive when we're trying to support the system, so how about some support for the users?!
D.
New xtra shelters good, pity about the design, wind blows under the walls and rain drives in depending on direction. Adjacent toilets good. If the electronic notice board was active that would be great. Roll on the new terminal building.
J.
The facilities are reasonably good here although not 100% complete from what I can see. The key points are a reasonably large carpark facility is present with covered bus stops and toilet facilities. I think they are all ok for wheelchair access.
R.
Not finished yet so hard to tell what it will be like . Definitely could do with more parks because if you are not there by 7am you miss out.
S.
Great bus inter-change for Hibiscus Coast residents but no where near sufficient parking at the Park and Ride. To get a park you need to be there by approx 8.00 am. Come on AT, come to the party!! Same situation at Albany Park and Ride
P.
If you have a Gold Card save the hassle of taking the car in to the city and travel on the NX1 good park & ride Station
J.
Great to have something started up here on the Coast! At the moment however, it's just a couple of bus shelters & not really a 'Station'.
With all the growth in Millwater I hope this place gets a massive upgrade soon!
M.
I mean. It’s a bus station, what do you want? But I was there once and the rain was coming in at such an angle that I soaked while inside a bus shelter. Maybe a bit of an upgrade would be nice?
A.
It is just ok as the bus station is located on a steep road running up the hill. There is no place for topping up the ticket machines. But is handy for getting buses from there if you wish to carry further onwards to Gulf Harbour, Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa as well as towards Waiwera.
You can also catch the Northern Express Buses directly to city which goes through all the Busway stations. It goes through State Highway 1.
C.
A good bus station. Currently under construction so not the best. Not enough under cover standing/seating but they are fixing that
S.
I lived up in HBC till 2003, born and raised my kids there, since then I am so amazed on how much it has changed....Back then was a farm with 2 old houses here, even knew the guy who lived in it with his dad.
M.
Convenient parking only if you reach earlier than 6.30 a.m. on weekdays. Weekends and evenings there is plenty of space to park and catch the bus.
I.
Very good station with short waits for transfer services.. New station Building now operating with coffee shop included
M.
Convenient location to rendezvous.
P.
Will be great once it is finished and there is a central waiting area and place to top up HOP cards

I really wish there are more carparks. You can never find any slot after 7:30am on work days.

For a progressive station it is handy to the freeway and its good to witness the improvements.
S.
Not many parking spots so people park all over the place on busy days.
J.
