N.Such a clean, tidy place. Our rooms were really nice. Sperate room for our daughter, ample space for us all and great heating as it was very cold outside, good sized kitchen with everything you need. Will stay again next time I'm back in Tokoroa. Lovely people running the place, very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a few years ago and the price has definitely gone up.
Last time I recall it was priced well and the room was a lot better.
Gets cold and tokoroa and no electric blankets.

V.Another great Tokoroa Motel. Again, a one night stay due to contract work.Very clean and tidy with obvious modern improvements. Warm and relatively quiet.
The baking aromas from the managers residence were tantalising and mouth watering.

s.I have been at Clifton court due to lock down covid-19, the owners welcomed us in to the homes, and sacrifice there health and saftey for me to come and join them. They bent there rules and allowed my minature foxteria Rudy to come and stay aswell she was spoiler rotten we both got to sleep in a room that was warm feeling.
The bedrooms were clean and the benches and cupboard were nice she clean. The beds were made with clean sheets and pillow cases. Close the windows at night, and the mattress will do you justice. The bathroom are a lot bigger than I expected and totally spotless. With body was, shampoo, and handwash provided I was set, You deffently can't complain especially with the water pressure, it's a massage all in one!!! You have free WiFi and Netflix. The owners are so frie dly i would not have wanted to spend my time at any other motel mark and Anne have welcome us into there hotel for a period of 4 months. they are awsome, friendly, caring, couple and at Clifton court motel they do a awsome job at making you feel at home. this motel is perfect to every location there is a park, hot pools and a coutdown all in walking distance of 2 minutes away from the motel. 5 minutes walk to the warehouse, KFC and mcD and a 30 minute walk up the hill to a look out point to view the whole of tokoroa, absolutely beautiful looking at night time with all the views. I would definitely be coming back and staying, as there hospitality were just breath taking. Looking forward to seeing you very very soon.😃😃 I would just like to say thank you again for having us here and letting us stay with you for this long period of time deffently recommend staying here. Beautiful people, clean room, nice pressure shower, comfortable clean bed, close to the park shops and take outs. I'll be back for sure . 💕
R.The rooms here are massive, a lot of room to stretch out and relax.
The showers here have lots of pressure too, which is nice.
The owners here are very friendly and made our stay much more pleasant.
The reception on the TV isn't the greatest (mostly due to the Trees in the area I think), but the Netflix is great.
I.Came to tokoroa for my mums funeral very unexpected and unplanned, the owners were very helpful and understanding. They were able to make sure we had a very comfortable room for my wife and myself, as well as room for my sister from the U.K. comfortable beds and spacious room. All the amenities are newly renovated, super clean and warm. Really friendly staff. Highly recommended stay. Clifton Court Motel thank you all for making a hard time a lot easier to handle.

We arrived late in the evening after an unexpected change of plans, and the owners were very accommodating. Nothing was a problem, everything was easy.
The facilities are completely refurbished and modern, and in good repair. Shower was hot and had plenty of pressure, there were power outlets next to the beds, and USB charger ports in the kitchen. The place was spotlessly clean and freshly painted and there's free Netflix.
The owners are true motelliers, they know exactly what they're doing and they are conscientious and kind. Many people are in business solely to pay their bills but these guys are focussed on doing things well and giving their guests the best accommodation and service.
I wish I visited Tokoroa more often, as I'd absolutely stay again,

E.Great place for families, very clean and friendly staff. Facilities are good such as kitchen and showers, parking, close to shops and gas station. They could add BBQ area and SPA.
s.In my opinion it was very easy settling and comforting place to stay in. The free Netflix was one of my favourite parts about the place and that it's cleanliness is spot on👍👌 Untensiles and other utilities such as a microwave, kettle, stove, fan etc were provided which made the experience amazing. Further down the Motel is a huge trampoline with a safety net and a small swing , a picnic table and space for the kids to run around. Also has free WiFi here. The room we had, had a double bed and 2 single beds a kitchen space, living room area and a very clean bathroom too👍 The place was ideal for more than 3 people as we had 4 people here. Overall, the motel is a very high standard place to stay in, very clean and gives you are very easy settlement too!

T.Quite easily one of the nicest motels I've stayed in. The units are very clean, well appointed with all the amenities you need for a short stay, and cosy warm. Apple TV & free Wifi is a bonus but of course Ann and her friendly team are the icing on the cake - they made my stay an absolute delight. I will certainly be stopping off to stay with Ann the next time I am heading through Tokoroa.
N.Nothing but good things to say about our one night say at Clifton Court. Friendly and courteous staff members, exceptionally clean studio unit (with a very nicely sized bathroom/toilet/shower), and the complimentary Netflix and WiFi were welcomed. For someone who usually sleeps on a firm yet plush futon mattress, the bed was perfect! I felt like Goldilocks, not too hard, not too soft... just right!
M.Amazing Staff Mark and Anne have made this Motel an absolute treat to stop into for a night or two while tripping around NZ. I highly recommend staying here, the Units are clean and tidy with all the essentials needed for your stay there is apple TVs with Netflix and everything required in the kitchens and a comfortable bed. Its only a short stroll to town and if you have a large vehicle there is parking right next door at Mobil. 10/10
H.Executive Suite: With out a doubt the nicest place I have stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. Unit clean. Decor beautifully done. Coffee machine and a really comfortable bed. Shower pressure great!! I would stay here again in an instant.
l.Good rooms, bathrooms, has internet and Netflix! Didnt have cups in the cupboard for coffee smh and very creepy how they quietly opened the sliding door peeped in then closed it, what if I was changing?! It was 7am even. They dont respect privacy and service wasnt that welcoming, probably used to the fact that they're always busy, if I have to come back I'm going to make sure nobody opens my door, I paid till 10am not 7am.
N.I stayed here in March, 2018. The price is quite high compared to the other two motel options in Tokoroa but, it is worth it if you're staying more than a night. The place has been recently renovated and has a new clean feel to it. Netflix, wifi, and a packet of Tim Tams came with the room, as well as milk, tea & coffee in the room we booked. The bathroom, bedrooms and lounge were clean and modern, no problem with water pressure. I felt very comfortable here.
S.Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Mystery Creek Field Days. Very comfy, warm and quite motel. Loved the new décor. Ann and Mark the proprietors are very friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay here again.
K.Absolutely fantastic motel. Incredibly friendly staff. Superb mountain biking at Cougar park just one minute away from the motel. Owners rent some great bikes as well. If you're a mountain biker this is an absolute must stay location. Lovely refurbished rooms with free wifi and Netflix. We'll be back.

M.Not many options for accommodation in Tokoroa. Presently surprised to find quality studio units in a small town. Newly refurbished, comfortable, clean and tidy. Free WiFi with Netflix no sky. Electric frying supplied with microwave. Short stroll to town where you'll find all the fast food franchises and super market. Super friendly hosts, and yummy treats to chose from when you check in.
K.If your needing to stay in Tokaroa or nearby this is the motel to stay at. I travel the country for work every week and stay in many hotels etc throughout the country and this one highly rates for quality of rooms but especially friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble and help is always given with a smile. Not many options for accommodation in Tokoroa. Newly refurbished, quality studio units that are very comfortable, clean and tidy. Free WiFi with Netflix. Kitchenette well service with quality items. Will be staying again.
K.My work takes me all over NZ and this is right up there, free hi speed WiFi, apple TV, Netflix etc. Clean and tidy and managed by the nicest couple you could wish to deal with. I've been here a week and its been great. The other reviews must be for a previous manager. Highly recommend David Jaz n Noah. +1 all day long.
