G.I've been with Denis for more than 2 years now from the time since I started gymming. He's an amazing PT who has immense knowledge in Muscle building, Fat loss, Nutrition and what not. I've progressed a lot in this 2years and he's been supportive in both ups and downs all through this journey. I'm so grateful that I've got one of the best PT in NZ if not the best. Highly recommended if you're someone who is serious about your physical transformation.
