Fitsquad has a range of classes for different fitness levels and each class has an incredible atmosphere. The team jokes around a lot and that's how we all support and encourage each team member.
Raph is an amazing and genuine trainer that offers different classes everyday. I've never been bored! He takes the time to get to know us, our strengths and weaknesses. This way he knows how to talk to us and how to push us to the next level.
I was diagnosed with lymphoma Cancer 3 years ago. After having joined Fitsquad 6 months ago, I feel fit, sexy and proud of who I have become! Thanks, Raph for being such an incredible person and trainer. Thanks to all the Fitsquad team for being so awesome!

Raphael offers workouts tailored to all fitness levels and experience. Newbies are welcomed and encouraged to participate at their own pace and anyone with an injury will be offered an alternative exercise.
Workouts change daily and all equipment is provided. There is loads of variety and sessions are never boring.
Locations are all over Auckland with times to suit most and some locations offer wet weather options but rest assured Raphael never cancels due to adverse weather!
Raphael is an extremely experienced and enthusiastic trainer who provides a fun atmosphere and fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged to do their best.

Perfect combination of effective H.I.I.T. that will get your heart racing with great fresh air, convenient locations and most importantly coached by very friendly, approachable and warm trainer Rafael. If you are lucky enough Rafa will bring his gorgeous dog as well to keep you going. Workouts are fun and the company makes it even more enjoyable comparison to workouts in the gym.

I have been attending Fitsquadnz Bootcamp for over 18+ months, regularly 3 times a week, early morning sessions which is a great start to the day. Sessions are motivating and challenging and its fun working out with a group. Raphael and team are great motivating qualified trainers. No sessions are the same, it's changed up, targeting different muscle groups and cardio included. Full H.I.I.T motivating sessions designed for any fitness level, you work out own pace and get out what you put in.

I absolutely loved going to this boot camp! After going 3x week for 6 weeks I was the fittest and most toned I have ever been. I loved it so much I kept going. Rapheal is an awesome trainer!!! He really knows how to get the best out of everyone, provides a variety of exercises and a boot camp for people at all levels of fitness. This is a great bootcamp, I have thoroughly enjoyed the different workouts provided by the trainer. Likes to mix things up and always keep you on your toes! Starting with very little technique or any sort of fitness level to being able to confidently to all workouts and push myself physically. Would highly recommend for anyone keen to try and at any fitness level!

I have been enjoying Fitsquad great atmosphere! Raph and the other coaches have a great knowledge and are always making sure I am doing the exercises properly... But what I like most is that every time they will provide different workout and is up to me to push it as hard as I feel like :)

Fitsquad bootcamps are such a great way to have a high end, motivating and fun workout!! There is a variety of skill and fitness levels at the sessions and Rapha pushes us to reach our fitness goals while keeping it fresh and fun! Great way to get cardio fit, stronger and create a workout habit that sticks. The fact that it is outside makes it so refreshing!

I did workouts with Rapha during lockdown and I really loved it. I do crossfit on a daily basis but his workouts were really cool because they were focused on core and to me that's super important to be strong overall and avoid back problems. I really recommend his bootcamp classes as they're never boring and since you're with a team you feel motivated the entire time :)
