I can easily say that Raz in the most competent and dedicated to his clients trainer I have ever met, having had a number of negative experiences with trainers. When I started with Raz, I was sure of the type of body/health I wanted to have. However, I was totally unsure of how to attain that goal. Raz knew exactly how to form a personally and specifically tailored workout routine that would ensure that I would be able to achieve my vision. He is an excellent guide, and though he pushes you to your absolute limit, it is never more than he knows you are capable of. It is through this that you really do achieve the best results.

I've trained with Raz for six months now and the results have been way beyond my imagination and expectation. It was hard work but Raz was there to encourage and push and keep me on track. Weight loss, high energy levels, very quick recovery from jet lag, better health are just some of the results. Raz is a brilliant trainer and coach. He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, caring and overall very good! He always says, "trust my work" and you really can!

I have just started training with Raz and after only 2 weeks am starting to feel real benefits. After a history of sustained injury and a significant operation I was reticent about training. However, Raz listens carefully to your individual concerns, assesses what needs addressing and tailors your workout routine to target those specific areas.

Always had back pain issues due to dancing (Brazilian Samba). Have tried both physios and acupuncture previously but never seem to get any long term result, until I started training with Raz. Raz is very knowledgeable and is ALWAYS there if you have questions. he trains “smart” so you actually get results - thanks to Raz, I hardly have any back pains and also have the knowledge of how to manage it so i don’t have to give up my love for samba! :)
P.s. I also lost 2 dresses sizes in the last 4 months, what a win!

Raz is the best PT out there! knows what he is doing,great training is just a part, he also cares about your life style, eating habits, because all of these together gets you to where you want to be, and Raz can help you with that!

I’ve been an avid ‘gym go-er’ for years! I’ve had trainers in the past and been on countless diets that never deliver me the results I desired and any results I got were short lived. Raz not only got me understanding nutrition but showed me that I actually needed to put more food in me ( the right stuff of course) to get results. It was hard at first as went against everything I’ve ever been told, knew or had followed in the past. He made me stick to it, despite me pushing back and I got results fast! I’ve been seeing Raz for over a year now and whilst people will say a PT is expensive, if you actually want results.... you need to see him...
Got goals? Want results? you want it and are committed? he’s the guy that will deliver!
