Tracy is a wonderful and fun motivator.
Her spin classes are an excellent early morning workout. Tracy pushes/challenges you in a respectful and encouraging manor which I really enjoy. Her infectiously positive attitude is a breath of fresh air and actually inspiring. Have also had some really helpful and workable advice in regards to nutrition for our family. Wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to recommend Tracy; she is extremely good at what she does.

I LOVE my sessions with Tracy. She is so flexible and easygoing that it’s made me feel far more relaxed about going to the gym (although her workouts are anything but relaxed)! I highly recommend her to anyone, no matter their age or fitness level - I even managed to get my 70 year old mother along and she had never been in a gym in her life. Working out with Tracy is the most I have ever enjoyed gym time and I feel like I do more with her in 30 min than an hour anywhere else. She is awesome!

I love my workouts with Tracy. It's hard and fast, fits in with my life and keeps me feeling like I'm doing something for myself. I am currently doing Zoom classes / sessions with Tracy, I live 40 min from town so doing a 30 min workout from my own home means I actually have time!! My kids even join in sometimes! Tracy keeps a good level of pressure and is a good judge of how far to push me. She's fun, professional and gets the job done over a variety of mediums!

Tracy is one of the most amazing, kind and informative trainers I've ever met - I love it! She is really helpful, adjusting you whenever you need it to ensure that you are doing the exercises/movements correctly.
Booking through the Mind Body app is super convenient and hassle free. You just pick a class, reserve, turn up - brilliant! It is a really good work out too and the best part? It's done and dusted within 30 minutes!
If you want to keep up your fitness or start the fitness journey, I definitely recommend attending one of these sessions. I love it! Thanks Tracy!

I have been going to Get2it fitness for awhile now and I really can not recommend Tracy enough. The class are great and change each week to keep it fun and interesting. Tracy is so supportive and also does a great nutrition plan. So glad I found your studio Tracy couldn't ask for better.

Tracy is a true professional and always striving to get the best out of us. She caters to the needs of the client even holding online sessions during lockdown and in school holidays, which means less sessions missed for our busy family. My husband and I do group sessions so there is fierce competition for who gets the best results and makes “winner of the week”. We love the sessions because Tracy pushes us to work hard, but we enjoy the banter too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

I currently attend spin classes with Tracy twice a week and love them. It's a good combination of honest hard work, the occasional cheesy tune and Tracy's inimitable chat. In the past I have also attended Metafit and Metapower classes, which I don't attend now due to time commitments, but miss dearly. Highly recommended as a great way to get fit, and have a good healthy laugh along the way.

Tracy is awesome, pushes you to challenge yourself while providing exactly the support you need to achieve. 30 minutes of efficient and effective exercise - a manageable chunk of time to carve out of busy days. Positive and professional, I look forward to our sessions and recommend her to everyone!

Tracy is so good at her job! Whether it has been crying babies and active toddler's being brought along to sessions, or unfit complaining parents. Nothing is a problem. Her technical knowledge is also second to none. Sense of humour is also very important and Tracy definitely has it!

Tracy has encouraged and helped me so much physically and mentally, When im struggling she is always there to help if i need advice or just inspiration to carry on with my fitness and diet journey, her classes are good for any level of fitness they work every part of your body and you go at your own pace, no judgement just encouragement and before you know it they are done and over and you go home having a great feeling of achievement, she is always there with a smile on her face i couldn't do it without her!
