Greg is an awesome personal trainer. I've been training with him for over a year and he has done a great job of motivating and giving accountability to enter the gym. He keeps each session fun but pushes you that little further. Was great working with him. Thanks Greg 😊

I highly recommend Greg for anyone who is ready to achieve their fitness goals. He is one of the most experienced & committed trainers.
He explains why you're doing what your doing, what the purpose of each exercise and how it fits into the workout routine, and fundamentals (form, sleeping/eating well, tracking your progress, etc). He always provides proper demonstrations of form and perform small adjustments to your form that suites best for you.
He was very helpful, and encouraging and motivating. He genuinely care about his clients! I always walk away feeling like I learned something new after each session and feel more confident. I really can’t thank Greg enough!

Greg is an amazing PT!! If you’re starting and need guidance I recommend him highly. Super friendly guy with heaps of knowledge and his passion for the gym is contagious! You will quickly get addicted to the results you will see 😉 11/10 would recommend!

At first I was planning to see Greg for a month, just to get my technique right. What I didn't expect is how fun our sessions would be, or just how good a PT Greg is - over a year later and I'm only stopping because he's moving! He knows enough that he can put a workout together on the fly that beats any pre-planned program I've had and he really listens to everything I've asked for - even when I gave him zero warning and asked for the most fun workout he could think of, he delivered. Finally, on the topic of delivering, I'm the fittest and most confident I've been in my life, despite training for years prior the vast majority of that has been with Greg. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Greg is the man! Upbeat, down to earth, I trained since Feb and already achieve a lot. There is no one like him. Who connects with his clients and push them hard to achieve results. You want a personal trainer who is fun communicates and understands your goals! Then he is the one.. ;)

Greg was a great trainer! He was very patient and explained and showed me every little detail. He showed me where i was going wrong in the past and why my exercises were not being done correct. I've been going to Greg's weekly group fitness classes and having one to one personal training sessions. The classes are fun while working up a sweat! He shows alternative versions of exercises if you have an injury. Our one to one sessions have massively improved my technique and strength. They've also been adapted to what suits my routine. On top of that he also gives nutritional advice that is achievable, realistic and not just eating rice and chicken! Highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer.

I started personal training with Greg at the beginning of 2021.
I needed a gym-reset, and someone to motivate me with an fresh exercise regime.
Over the past few months, Greg has been the perfect coach - not only getting me physically into the gym three times a week - but pressing me to work harder each time we see each other.
Since I started my sessions, I've dropped some kilos, my energy level has lifted, and I generally feel more healthy / stronger each week.
I consistently have great workouts with Greg, with plenty of cheeky quips which almost make the workouts seem fun! In fact it's fair to say that working out with Greg has become a real highlight of my week.
