S.I have really enjoyed coming to the made to move fitness class. The instructor helps each person individually and I like how we can go at our own pace. The instructor will help with your fitness needs and what you want to achieve. I think this is a good class of all levels. It is a fun way to workout if you don't like going to the gym.
