Anna was a Godsend when I was trying to get some fitness back after having my son! She helped me strengthen my core after having a Cesarean section, and was super motivating. Highly recommend Anna to anyone needing some support to get back in shape!

I’ve been working with Anna since May 2018. I was 5 months post baby and had a goal to return back to my pre baby weight. Anna is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly flexible (especially when baby wakes - we took turns in holding my son). You have great energy and a genuinely passionate about not only physical well-being but your mental wellbeing. Her sessions are fun and will often change it up and challenge you. Anna's group sessions on a Wednesday morning are terrific. A total body workout. As the newbie in the class, she always took the time to check my form and make sure I was performing the exercises correctly. There's a lovely camaraderie between the women. And a setting you can't beat - the Coatesville hall and surrounds. Thanks Anna. Don't change a thing!
