Great experience! What started as a pre-hike workout has evolved into a long term physical health plan.
Super chill approach, no judgement; just finding ways to get to an end result while adding other helpful tips and advice for life outside of the program.
It's a great and relaxed time. Previous injuries are taken into consideration and worked into the program while being pushed to do your best.

I had an awesome 6 months training with Mike. It didn't always feel like I was working out because I could notice the progress, which made it more fun. My confidence at the gym grew and I now have a better understanding of what the other machines do and how to use them. It was also great having a trainer who helped create workout programs to reach my fitness goals.

Give it a try! I honestly thought I would be the last person to enjoy working with a personal trainer, but Mike proved me wrong!

Mike is flexible to your schedule and he makes the sessions interesting, curbs the workout boredom. The thing I was most impressed with is Mike truly listens and builds a program that has taken what you want to achieve and puts it to action. I would totally recommend him, shame I had to move away, I'd still be training with Mike today!
