Working with Jordan at Kaizen Fitness was honestly life-changing. I came to Jordan having never used a personal trainer before, and questioning whether the time and money investment was worth it. Let me tell you that I am MORE THAN SATISFIED with the results. Not only did Jordan enable me to meet my ambitious physical goals, he also helped me grow as a person and break down psychological barriers related to health that I did not think were possible to break. I am a more self-confident person because of personal training through Kaizen Fitness, and I would recommend this service to anyone. I could not speak more highly of Jordan. If you're interested in a personal trainer, he is your guy.

I started going to the bootcamps a couple months ago and have been really enjoying them. Jordan and David are super knowledgeable about health and fitness and are very professional, but also create a fun and safe environment for everyone attending. These are the perfect classes for anyone like me who finds going to the gym absolutely tedious but doesn’t have enough self discipline to workout on your own. I’m already feeling a difference in my fitness after only a short time and am motivated to keep going and feel even better. Good music good banter & good vibes, get amongst!

Had the pleasure to be working with Jordan several times now both in person and virtually and I have been absolutely loving it. Whatever you struggle with, Jordan knows how to motivate and push you to become the best version of yourself. He's one of the most passionate people I've met and with him, you can achieve goals you never thought possible. Can highly recommend him as a PT as well as his online platform which provides you with everything you need to smash and track your workouts wherever you are!

As someone who had never gone to a gym before and was somewhat anxious about taking the first step, Jordan was the best person I could have met. He took the time to understand my reasons for coming along, and to help me set some realistic goals. He’s super encouraging without giving off the “aggressive PE teacher” vibe I’d assumed was normal for all personal trainers. His calm, kind, and methodical approach has helped me to make meaningful progress in what feels like a short time, and much to my surprise I actually look forward to going to the gym now. If you’ve been thinking about engaging a personal trainer, I would highly recommend given Kaizen Fitness a whirl!

I’ve been training with Jordan for over a year now, and it’s been so great. Jordan is great at pushing you past what you think your limits are and helping you achieve your goals. He thinks hard about every session and makes sure to programme stuff he thinks you’ll really enjoy. He’s great at communicating and being flexible around timetables. He’s also just a really friendly guy, and fun to spend time with. If you’re looking for a PT, I highly recommend Jordan and the Kaizen fitness team.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Jordan for the past 9 months. As someone who has signed up to gyms twice in the past, Jordan has really helped to improve my consistency. He works with you to set achievable goals and then provides plenty of suggestions to help you achieve them. Jordan is great at pushing you beyond what you think is your limit, and I always leave a session feeling like I’ve put in 100 percent and made a lot of progress. He is very organised and puts thought into each session, ensuring it fits in with your goals and is enjoyable. I look forward to continuing my success with Jordan’s guidance.

I have been training with Jordan for a few months now and really enjoy it. Every class is different and he knows how to encourage you to try a bit harder.
