A friend and I recently completed the 6 week bootcamp and Dan was super encouraging from day one! He pushes you against yourself and not to compare against anyone else. He also takes the time to go through proper technique with a lot of patience.
Not only is it a great workout but lots of fun. We enjoyed it so much we'll be continuing after the bootcamp! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent personal trainer with a way of making workouts fun and varied but also delivers great results. I would highly recommend Dan's classes and PT sessions to people who are looking to get fit but have fun while doing it.

My bf and I recently completed one of the kickboxing boot camps here and really enjoyed it! The classes are super dynamic and really push you (in a good way) to work hard. We really enjoyed that the morning classes worked a treat around the standard office work hours.The trainers are super friendly and encouraging - I would defs recommend if you are looking for something that's a mix between cross fit/kickboxing/boxing/fun!

I love working out @ Unorthodox, Dan is so welcoming, an amazing person always with a smile, he plans the workouts very carefully and ensures all muscle group gets a chance to be worked out each week. His workout aren't crazy but he ensures our tanks are emptied for the day. For my fitness level I am so proud by the end of each workout I was able to finish the race. All workout buddies are so friendly and encouraging. Most of the workouts are of body weight and very rarely with additional weights. Just with this I can see a lot of improvement with my fitness level. And have learned some boxing and kicking techniques. ☺
