Job Visit Reference 338172 Really impressed with the service - after finding bedbugs after a stay at a hotel, we were absolutely mortified! In a panic I rang this company at 8.10AM and by 12PM a technician had arrived and begun treatment. From the telephone call, to the emails of confirmation and invoices to the treatment, everything was really fast. Thankfully our case of bedbugs was not that bad at all but the treatment has work as we haven’t had a trace of anything since. I would recommend.

We booked JG Pest Control to pigeon proof my solar panels due to an increase in nesting (not great when they wake up at 5am!). JG Pest Control we excellent. The quote was given over the telephone and emailed through immediately. A convenient date, within a week, was booked for them to attend. Their experts arrived at the agreed time and were friendly and polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The work was carried out swiftly and timely. Following the work taking place I was sent an email to confirm that I was happy with the completed work, which I was. We had a serious infestation of rats in our loft. JG Pest control have poisoned the rats; decontaminated the loft by removing insulation and spraying with disinfectant; and found where the rats were getting into the building. All work has been carried out with consideration for family living and working in our home; all waste was removed and managed safely. They were easy to contact by phone, listened carefully to the issue and provided a rapid response at every stage. Each technician that they sent to do the work clearly had lots of experience . I cannot commend them too highly.

Job ref: 262995 Having moved to a new house I soon found I had some uninvited guests. The loft spaces were infested with mice. I called JG and they responded quickly. The infestation was extensive and it was necessary to replace all the insulation, disinfect and thoroughly clean the loft. All the work was carried out very professionally and with as little disruption as possible. I am very pleased with the result, to date the mice have not returned. I would recommend JG to anyone requiring the services of a pest control company.

Had a squirrel that just wouldn’t touch the traps for quite a while. Agents came out for 3 visits, very professional and reassuring. Thankfully it finally triggered a trap the night before the 3rd visit. Always easy to get hold of the company by email and phone. Great service, came out the same day and dealt with the problem after a thorough inspection, the guys were professional and very reassuring, happy to answer any of my questions. Picked this company as they guarantee to resolve the problem with only one payment required so I knew I would not be charged for multiple visits, follow up visit was arranged quickly when requested but I’ve not needed any further as the problem has been resolved.
