Always great prices for anything and everything you need from a Chemist/Pharmacy. Why get ripped off by buying from other expensive Pharmacies? Ample location and plenty parking spaces in front. Long opening hours 7 days a week and suit your work shifts. No other chemist can beat this. This store is smaller compare to the Westgate store but still has veyr thing you need. Isles are narrow and can get very crowded where you need to squzze past other customers. Not ideal during various Covid19 alert levels. Friendly staff willing help and direct you.

Order Delivered within Timeframe advised. Ordered during 10% off Promotion. Disappointed by the Item ordered having had it's Price increased straight before the Promotion so as not to get the full 10% off the Product. Still made a Saving, however would normally have gone and bought it in Store and would usually purchase other Products at the same time. Due to my frustration at the calculated increase I decided to take the Free Delivery option on over $50 Purchases, which means an extra Cost to the Vendor and less revenue in purchases by me.

You can buy lots of health related products here at relatively low price However there are too many products and display isn't so nice and tidy

It is not FAKE, prices on products are totally CHEAPER as compared to other stores. I gained much savings and certainly thats one of the BEST things that makes a customer happy. Customer service is a thumbs up! Staff were truly helpful during my visit and made it convenient and personnel on cash tills are efficient specifically Em. I truly appreciate how she knows well about the products and recommends whats best, and most of all, her cheerful and pleasant attitude, always wear a SMILE which makes customer feel at home. She certainly knows how to handle customers well and an asset to the company.

I went to buy hair products yesterday and were out of stock so asked a young lady staff and she was willing to find stock for me with a smile - thank you for the great service

Excellent store. So much variety, definitely write your list before you visit or you'll get quite lost in stock. Bustling with people, long queues that move swifty. Cheapest perfume and massive range with top brands like Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Dior, and so much more. Definitely the best place for pills, potions, lotions, protein powders, fitness gears, first aid, prescriptions, make-up, baby nappies and needs, sanitary products, multivitamins and honestly too much to list! Go see for yourself!! (And take your own shopping bag.)

I have been coming in here for quite a lot of times now and I would actually stay there more than an hour. I am obsessed with any product that’s for hygiene cleaning, maintaining. Don’t even start with me about cleaning agents for house or room, lounge, and detergents! I am weird like that! And I would say, I am satisfied with their supplies and how I would always able to find something new and interesting and very useful. 😅😅🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

Everytime I go, the staff members are always so willing to help and are so friendly. Tara, Andy and Jess were so helpful and had the best customer service I could ask for. They made me feel really welcomed and left me with a smile on my face from the moment I walked it, till the moment I left. Really appreciate their customer service and just overall kindness.

Great selection. Scripts are also very cheap. Avoid the busy times if possible as the aisles are quite narrow and the checkout queue snakes around quite a bit.

This Chemist has almost everything you need. First time a bit bewildering but persevere and you'll get to know where the range of products are. Prices are excellent. Big savings on everything. I spent $84.00 but savings shown on docket were $45.00 so really happy.

This is the chemist you all deserve. It’s like the old shops my dad used to take me to as a kid where the isles are narrow and stuffed full from bottom to top, way above your head. The prices are cheap, and I mean cheap. Not seen anything like this before in NZ. Paracetamol? $2 for 100, same with ibruprofen. There is a great choice and very handy. Well done! I guess it is kind of like someone grabbed a chemist by the collar and dragged it into a new dimension.

They have a price matching system whereby if you find at the normal price in another store they will beat it by 10%you are allowed to buy 3 of the products only at that discount. the only problem is most of the staff I have no idea how to process the discount so you have to find a supervisor and that can take some time, apart from that it is is definitely the best place to shop and prescriptions are wonderful and 90% of the time 3

Have compared prices with Pak'nSave across the road on 5 items I buy regularly and in all 5 cases Pak'nSave was about $1-$4 cheaper. As a pharmacy they are Ok.. Staff are happy to point you in the right direction but they are not as knowledgeable.

Very quick shop, friendly and helpful staff onhand.

Went there the other day and bought some vitamins for mum, good ranges of products and they are really cheaper than others, the young Asian assistant give helpful suggestions and we will go there again definitively.
