n.Located at Ronwood Centre. Free prescriptions available. Customer service is average. But the lady today at the door (01/03/2022) evening, was really good. She greeted when entering and exiting. That feel welcomed. 5 starts to her, brought the overall score to 4 stars. 😅
K.Went there Sunday night and the lovely lady on the door was just amazing. I parked by the door for click and collect and didn't want to bring my 7 year old into the store so she stood outside and watched him in the car, waving and smiling at him. Click and collect was very prompt. Thank you for caring about your customers.
J.Today I went to buy a perfume and I was looking at the mens perfume. an employee "Harleen" came to me and asked if she can help with anything she asked me a few questions such as how much I am willing to spend, what type of smell I like etc and then she gave me some samples to try. I was impressed by the customer service she provided as normally when I go other places no one usually asks any questions and we have to tell them which one we would like to try. I was able to decide the perfume I wanted in 5 mins due to Harleen's help. Thank you for the amazing service will visit again.
N.Shoutout to the team at the Ronwood Centre especially Winnie for her help this morning. I came in seeking help for my mother who had food poisoning/ diarrhea. Advice given by Winnie for medicine was just exactly what mum needed. Within an hour my mum was feeling like a brand new person
This will be my go to store going forward 👌🏽
