8.My order was ready and waiting. One of the few in west with the perfume I wanted. Staff are great and security guard is friendly lol although sometimes he might need to nap in the back 😂
M.A lovely place to be shopping in . Noticed big queues at the check out . I waited for 15 minutes. Just one lady behind the counter serving. Raylene her name I think . Lovely attitude but was exhausted . She was running back and forward to each counter . She rang the bell two times for assistance but no staff came . And there were about 13 people waiting
Just like to acknowledge her hard work amongst management .
J.Had a lovely shopping experience with Raylene who was super smart, friendly and helpful- despite being the only person on checkout. To manage the substantial queue of customers she used two tills at the same time so we wouldn’t have to wait so long! Most efficient and dedicated!!
I.The original one and still the best. You get the best bargains and I always get my medications from them as well as formula for my baby. The pharmacists are very helpful as is other staff.
A.Raylene was at the checkout when we were purchasing an Omron Heart Monitor. She told us about the Oximeter and sold us on the idea of purchasing that as well. We are very grateful for her advice regarding purchasing it as we've been wanting to ensure that we stay on top of our health. Thank you Raylene.

S.Firstly plenty parking, very spacious, friendly staff and you'll be surprised they also sell nuts, perfume, hair and body care items etc etc as well as SHOES !

S.Just wanted to give a shout out to Raylene. I lost my shaker a few weeks back and had gone to like 3 other chemist warehouses just to try and find it! It was super a good one, and was super gutted to have lost it. Turns out they were discontinuing the line or something. Home girl went out of her way to let me know when they finally had it in. Super appreciate it. Hope y’all pay her enough for her great service!

C.I came into the store on 22/25/21 to get some items for my son who rolled his ankle in a rugby game. I spoke with Raylene when entering the store and the service she provided me from the time I arrived to the time I left the store was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable; I could not fault her in any way. She made me feel both welcome and special as a customer through her very genuine and 'down to earth' approach. Raylene is a shining example of how to treat and engage with customers; she created a memorable shopping experience for me as distinct from what would otherwise have been a standard visit.
S.I want to just say how much I appreciate the customer service at chemist warehouse St Lukes. I had lost my phone last week and we all know that can send your anxiety levels through the roof. Not knowing where I had lost it, I called my number and it was at chemist warehouse!! A big thank you to Raylene and the other team members at CW St Lukes. Keep up the good work !!!

L.If you’re in a rush for scripts don’t go here, during peak times. Very long wait times for scripts, approximately 30 minute wait for prescription medication during peak times. And you can’t pay for it at the script counter, you have to queue again at the front counter to pay for it. I do like that they have a good range of non prescription products though. And their customer service is ok.

D.This review is a little late, but has been prompted by my experience at another Chemist Warehouse. I went to St Lukes and had a long wait for sure, but noted during that busy time there were only just two pharmacists on duty with no technicians in support, they were handling both scripts and customers, despite this they did an amazing job.
p.I’d like to give a Thumbs up for an employee of Chemist warehouse , St. Luke’s branch... Yesterday I visited the store to do some shopping...There was a long queue & “ Raylene “ alone was serving at the Check out efficiently....I was quite impressed that she performed with a pleasant smile, although, so busy....
she Tactfully did “up selling” too with the products on the counter which were on special price...At first she was the only person serving at check out, but I raised my voice that with such a long queue, One person is not enough to serve, then... one more person jumped to help at the checkout...” Raylene “ is certainly an asset to Chemist warehouse’s business.

M.Great range and good deals - a must-stop every time i visit Auckland. A very popular and busy store but well staffed to manage the traffic. From my recent visit in June - A shout out to Raylene on checkout - she was so friendly, cheerful and efficient - great at upselling too! An asset to your store.
N.The Security Guard at the door is super nice and friendly, a good adition to their team, always treat people very respectfully. Very clean and tidy always, branded products at very good price - love visiting this place quite often to shop. Keep up the good work
P.Excellent and very polite service. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Just have a bit of patience if you have to wait a bit. This pharmacy is extremely busy and sometimes one will get caught out with obvious delays during busy times. If you understand what they are trying to bring to their customers by extremely reasonable pricing you will try to support them.
P.In context of Covid level 3 these guys are doing a great job. Yes a bit of a wait but that is to keep us
all safe.
V.This Pharmacy started well but now with their enormous expansion across New Zealand we have seen the level of service dipping especially at the St Lukes store where we normally shop esp for our prescription drugs.Staff are not friendly at the above counter and no cognisance is given to the elderly and the handicapped.
H.I was confused on what creams to buy for my Ance and when choosing a few I went to the counter to buy a few different ones to try and asked this incredibly friendly lady serving me (Raylene) if I had chosen the right ones. Raylene was familiar with the products i had chosen. She informed me of a cream that would suit me much better and advised me to see the pharmacist and ask them for the cream she had reccomend. I did so and she was "spot on". The cream worked perfectly and I couldn't be more happier. Raylene went above abd beyond. She really cared about me finding the right cream and went out of her way to help me at an extremely busy time when she could have just taken my money for 2 creams and let me go on my way but she didn't. This is the kind of service I love and I am extremely impressed. It's the only chemist I will go in now. My skin is now under control and I have avoided all the dramas of finding the right one. Thankyou Raylene. You're a star!
G.Unbeknownst to me I had dropped my wallet in the St Lukes Chemist Warehouse 2 days before Christmas. Then, on the 29th I received a Facebook message from one of the store's employees telling me they had found my wallet. It was kept safe in their lost property until I was available to retrieve it. Special thanks to Raylene and Amy for their honesty and integrity in their job.
D.They never disappoint. Plenty of stock, lots of variety. Great selection of top-end perfumes & quality make up. Ask the friendly staff & they'll find it for you quickly & if they don't have it they are happy to advise you.
A.Free prescriptions!! (For most meds). And you never have to wait long for them. Can also get repeat prescriptions faxed to them from your doctor so they’re ready for pick up. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Huge range of stuff for good prices. I love going here!

She is soooo helpful and knowledgeable and extremely lovely person and even told of the specials that I wasn’t aware of. C.Great Shop with great prices. I always get excellent service from Indy, Kim and Vai. Always very knowledgeable on everything in store. Oh, and don't forget your free prescriptions!! This place is sure giving the pharmacy world in NZ a shake up that it needed.

R.Newly opened chemist warehouse in Auckland. Large range of goods available. The prices are low as compared to other chemists in the city. Some specials are totally unbeatable. The shopping times can be longer due to number of customers. There is a kind of subtle marketing strategy to make one wait for collecting a prescription so that customers can look at other products too, although it does not hurt. Very good customer service too. They don't have an online shop in NZ yet. Well recommended.
P.We were there at 6pm today, it is a great store well laid out, we were attended to by Raylene who was super friendly and so helpful, unfortunately this can't be said about her female co-worker who just wandered around the store trying to look busy and ignoring a line of about 10 people waiting to be served and didn't bother to get on the till to help, just left Raylene to manage on her own.
M.My wife was served by the lovely Raylene on 9/6/20. Wife could not find her product and Raylene said she would have a look, naturally she found the product and my wife bought 2. Thanks for the glass tea pot. Well done Raylene, the extra effort was appreciated.

David always makes you feel welcomed and my kids love going there just to see him, he really is a beautiful person. C.If you want excellent assistance ask for Matt, he went all out for us when we asked him about a product. He went to his computer to search and brought the product from their store room. Those personnels we asked for assistance earlier just point you to the aisle but the product we wanted was no longer on the shelves.
M.Great prices and savings. However went to buy painkillers and was interrogated by the pharmacist. I understand they need to be careful with addictive substances but being treated like a drug addict is not a pleasant experience particularly when you are in pain. Not only would he not sell me the painkillers he didn’t recommend any alternative and said I should go to my dr, which is fine except it was a public holiday weekend and only Sunday, dr wasn’t open again until Tuesday.
S.I come here for all my personal care needs. I absolutely love this place. There are savings on every single product so I'm not sure why anyone goes anywhere else!? The staff are so wonderful, especially Raylene and Rio and the doorman!!
P.I wanted 50 Malarone tablets which are a Malaria prophylactic for an overseas trip. Prices ranged from $10 per tablet (yes, they are expensive!) at a North Shore Travel clinic, $9 at my local pharmacy to $7.60 at Chemist Warehouse with a bonus being they had that quantity in stock. Service was exceptional and the prices of other products were so cheap compared to other places I normally shop that I ended up buying several other products here as well. I had a prescription from my doctor, for other travel medicine & was astonished to find that the other govt subsidised medicine I needed was totally free. I view some of the other reviews here with an element of suspicion, this chain of pharmacies will turn the pharmaceutical business in NZ on its head as it has done in Australia!!

C.Not well known by Chinese but famous for kiwi ! Compatible price compared with farmers and life pharmacies. Shampoo body wash and conditioner cheaper than supermarket. You can find most of brands here.
I.👍This is an absolutely fantastic shop for getting big discounts on vitamins and other food supplements, perfumes. cosmetics, and more. As far as I am aware, no other outlets, or pharmacies can come close to the vast range range of products and discounted prices that are visible here.
⚠️WARNING! ⚠️ But do some price-comparison anyway, because some generic non-pharmacy products - e.g., Carefree panty liners, Huggies children's nighttime pull-ups, are sometimes cheaper/cheapest at PAK'nSAVE.
There's plenty of free car parking available and the Chemist Warehouse is near to several other warehouses and big stores. The location is just across the road from Westfield St Lukes shopping mall, with good bus services nearby. It's all very convenient.
