I went for a walk-in booster jab here. The set-up was clear and well-organised, and all of the staff I spoke to were really friendly and helpful, especially the vaccinator. They made me feel confident and well-informed about the process. Because of the great customer service I got from this experience, I would definitely go back for any future pharmacy needs. Cheers.

Staff are generally all lovely but need to be honest about wait times. Obviously they get busy but when you are told 10-15 mins and end up waiting over 40 mins its ridiculous.

I went to the pharmacy on the weekends and had my blood pressured checked by pharmacy staff Gwen. I was very happy with the service. She spent lots of time with me explaining the blood pressure number and explaining my heart medications. I was a bit unwell when switching medication but she gave me a lot of useful information. Looks like she is only here every Saturday or so. Strongly recommend the pharmacy!

On Thursday 18th of February, I went to the pharmacy to do some shopping like I do from time to time. Life pharmacy Birkenhead is my favorite pharmacy in the neighborhood. The pharmacy staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful, respectful and quite patient with us the customers. In all this years as a customer,never ever had a problem until that day . The "lady" who works at the beauty section, who they say is the Queen of facial events(Stephanie),talked to me with high disrespect, yelled at me (like if I were her grandchild),and took the liberty of insult me;calling me RUDE,when actually, she was the RUDE ONE. ...and because I have an accent,she made me repeat what I wanted 3 times, even after showed her the product,saying that she couldn't understand me and told me she was going to call somebody else, to which I replied: - Forget it,I don't want it anymore;and she said:Good. Incredible how the pharmacy staff had no problem with my accent and my mask on,but she did?!. Yes,she is the Queen. The Queen of disrespect and no manners. She sure knows how to make a customer feel UNWELCOME!!! A person of her age should knows better ! I won't change de 4 stars because of the pharmacy staff. PS. I don't think I will be back.

Excellent customer relations, every time. Pro-active contact when e-sripts are ready. Pharmacist advice appreciated, whenever needed.

I have been coming here for the last nine years and the make up and pharmacy staff have always been very good and caring towards both me and my family 👍😀
