M.I've been using this pharmacy for years and the staff are wonderful. Its convenient as my Dr will fax my script through. We have a couple of medications that have to be filled within a particular week and they make sure they're done even if I forget and have gone so far as to call and remind me it's due.
They honestly make my life easier.
A.Small but a very good pharmacy with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that recommend medicine that suits you best. My first experience was good and very satisfactory

W.As pharmacies go, this is a pleasant relaxed pharmacy in the heart of Ellerslie - meaning there is a cafe always just metres away. The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful and the pharmacist is professional and reliable. I always get my prescriptions here. They also have a nice selection of gifts and the normal supply of health related products. Parking is usually not a problem with car parks surrounding Ellerslie.
A.Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Happy to order specific things (vitamins in the range they carry etc) in for you if they don't stock it. Have a good range of 'different from the norm' baby presents too.
C.Today I went to the Ellerslie Pharmacy to pick up a repeat of my medication. Unfortunately, I was late on picking it up and the script had expired so my repeat was void.
Due to my own lack of organisation, I had already been 4 days without my meds and was becoming sufficiently anxious. So, when I realised that I might potentially have to go a few more days without it, I started to cry.
The lady serving me, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, was amazing. She consoled me, patted me gently on the back, and insisted that she would call my Doctor directly to coordinate a new prescription.
It took a bit of perseverance, but thankfully the whole ordeal was resolved within about 20 minutes.
I just wanted to post this review to say that such an act of kindness, insofar as this woman went out of her way to help me for no personal gain of her own, really meant a lot to me. Just having her care enough to go that extra mile and make sure I didn't have a withdrawal induced panic attack has turned the stressful situation into a positive one.
Thank you for thinking outside of the box, and for your above and beyond service.
D.Been here a few times now, used to come here before it was unichem but then moved overseas. Good pharmacy, wait long isnt bad, pharmacists inform about each medication.
