G. H.I have been into this pharmacy many many times over the years and I am always SUPER impressed with the service. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to sort any issues you may have regarding prescriptions. Bonus points because I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my prescription which is really fast compared to other pharmacies I have been to where I have waited at least 20+ minutes, even for 1 item. The NZ Post staff are awesome too! This was where I chose to get vaccinated and I highly recommend! A+ Unichem Neills staff
M.We booked in as a family to get our second vaccination. The whole operation was run really well. The staff were friendly and made us feel very relaxed, explaining carefully the process and also what one could expect sometimes from the second shot. They showed extremely good cultural understanding and diligence in the way they approached us. What was also really important was how they talked to and discussed the vaccination with my younger sister who was born with Down's Syndrome, treating her so respectfully and making her feel at ease. Excellent and exceptional customer service. Thanks team for making this process so much better.

L. P.I have known neils pharmacy for a very long time i found the staff very helpful polite honest and thorough. Nothing was never a problem with the staff if anything that was required they would go out of there way to get it for you. If they say they would make contact with you on the day they always do.
M.So ABSURD! Arun K Sharma should be ashamed of himself. I was behind him in line and he was so rude he made the staff member cry. She was just doing her job and tried to explain why some prescriptions have to be dispensed monthly and some 3 monthly as simple as that.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior to our lovely local pharmacy that have worked so hard for us throughout the lockdown. For him to come out of the safety of his home and yell at our frontline worker...absolutely intolerable.
