Not to bad pharmacy, professional service

Had the best customer service from Suri highly recommend getting all your pharmacy needs from Suri she is so lovely. Came to get prescription for my 84 year old aunty who just got out of hospital & yesterday & she took the time to go through everything with me & print me out a copy & staple it off the prescription I gave her as I requested. I love exceptional customer service & that's what Suri gave such a lovely asian pharmacist. I have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened & all the staff are lovely but Suri she's the best one. Countdown Pharmacy should be proud to have her as a pharmacist!! I took a photo of her but something went wrong lol when I tried to upload it so you will have to visit to meet the awesome Suri as to what she looks like.

Convenient. It is busy so best to drop prescription at start of shopping.

I visited this pharmacy about 2-3 months ago and found them very helpful so been going back there since. Always appreciate their customer service and enjoy my time there apart from one time when I got pushed over by another customer with a trolley. Well I guess I just need to be more vigilant when I shop there ;) so happy to give 5 stars!

I was served by a kind pharmacist, she gave me a product for my sore itchy throat, and it magically cleared within a few days. Very good service, and very friendly even tho it was really busy. amazing service and def will bring back my prescription.
