Oh dear reading the recent reviews not too good.😒 I had a very rude experience myself. 🙄 Most of their products hv pricing label over contents description 😳 I explained I could not purchase an item if I could not read it. I was directed to an older woman blonde Grey hair. Her younger staff looked embarrassed by her attitude. There was no attempt to remove label to show me. An excuse of nonsense followed.a real attitude😱 However Lily a young staff member very patient excellent skin care knowledge assisted me. 🤗Lily is a valuable member of your staff and I having owned businesses myself and trained in beauty therapy was most impressed 😇 She understood clearly the need for clearly accessed labeling.and good customer service Thankhou LILY. 🤗4STARS Because of you I stayed for multiple purchses. 1 for the other experience. GOOD STOCK RANGE. Disability access. Good parking free!!

Shop fronts are lovely. Only down side is (with and before covid) online dispatch often takes longer than estimated delivery time. Would prefer that to be updated to be realistic to what is provided.

Our family only go to this Life Pharmacy. Why you might ask? For example. I wanted a perfume by Paco Rabanne. Apparently it was no longer being produced. But Life Pharmacy went beyond the call of duty and over a week they tried, rang around, searched as far as Auckland and other places, and eventually found only one 100ml bottle left of 'Legend' ,probably the last in the country! They followed and never gave up on my behalf. A special mention goes to Stella from cosmetics department who is so courteous and professional that it just makes you feel you always want to come back without fail!. All the staff are so accommodating and helpful. What a team !!!!!!

Came here for vaccination. Kyle keeps everybody in line and lined up...awesome job Kyle !!

Excellent service every time we visit. Staff are knowledgable, friendly, helpful, & positive. They are totally professional - the way they speak, look, carry themselves, & respond to customers. We usually buy makeup - the young lady who looks after Revlon & other brands is fantastic (sorry didn't catch her name but has long brown hair tied back)! Yesterday (Dec 18th) we went in for hayfever relief - exceptional service by the lovely young girl at the counter. Thank you Life Pharmacy Chartwell - it's a lovely shop with fantastic service!

I took a very excited but equally nervous Miss 6 in to Life Pharmacy Chartwell to have her ears pierced today. Kacey who served us and pierced our ears was AMAZING! I highly recommend her if you are looking for somewhere to take your child to have their ears pierced. She was so patient and gentle. Her technique - not only with the equipment, but also with a young child - was 5 star. Thanks so much!
