Just the woman in the red dress who worked on the 15th February 9:00 was unbelievable to us, maybe because of our not perfect english or something we dont know, but made us feel very uncomfortable...

G.Huge pharmacy with just about everything. Also got asked at least 2-3 times if we needed help from different people so appreciate their attentiveness. Decently wide aisles for moving about. Nothing to discredit
G.A excellent pharmacy right in the centre of Queenstown where you can buy a whole rage of different products. Sun protection lotions come in all sizes, factors and prices along with a range of insect repellents nearby. There are plenty of beauty cosmetics including all the famous brands. Toothpaste, brushes including men's cosmetics are also available. Then if course there is the pharmacy side where the can get a dives on any ailments and buy or pick up your prescription. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

T.I never thought I would review a pharmacy, but this was a GOD send during our trip. We were staying at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown and this was a 10-minute walk away. My husband and I joke that this was our most frequented stop on our trip. Although I was well-prepared, our next countries were Bali and the Philippines and it was AMAZING to have this pharmacy nearby.
My husband has bad eczema and the pharmacists were able to give him the cream he needed to make it through our trip. What is interesting and different to Americans is that the pharmacists are circulating throughout the store (not just behind the counter) so any of them can help you and have good knowledge of what they are talking about! I am still happy to this day to have had this pharmacy so close to where we were!
H.I had to pick up a prescription here and was mightily impressed with the pharmacist. Incredibly helpful with advice and service, she couldn't have been better attuned to the needs of a customer. How refreshing!
The pharmacy also carries a good range of OTC products as well as cosmetics and other needs for the traveler or local.
C.Walked in here and was helped straight away by the staff, they were very friendly. They also had the Moisturiser that I had been looking for Nivea Light so I was very pleased. They also offer a large selection of all kinds of products including a nice selection of perfume.
H.I'm so sorry I didn't get the name of the assistant that helped me last Tuesday, to get a beautiful gift package of cosmetics for a friend.

As a result of this, we have revised our Standard Operating Procedures, and have now displayed our fee schedule which outlines any charges that may implemented upon dispensing prescriptions after a certain time. J.Wilkinsons is the oldest pharmacy in Queenstown (possibly NZ)and has the most amazing range of stock. From gift ideas to hair products to every type of vitamin and potion you could possibly imagine. They are open late every night which is a bonus if you cannot make it in during the day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. I have been using this pharmacy for over 55 years and would never go anywhere else. it is a pleasure to shop here.

P.Friendly staffs
L.I’ve visited 4 times recently. Prescription dispensed ready for collection when I arrived. They phoned me when I left my bag outside on a bench and was handed in to them. The girls at the front are lovely and.I had wonderful service when I had my brows done. Good job
