s.AMid and pandemic worldwide a country in isolation the staff here are going well and truly over and above the call of duty awesome customer service clear and precise instructions while putting there lives on the line 💜
Awesome customer service every time I come here.
G.Sometimes there's up to a 15min wait - it was bedlam during the 1st major lockdown (over half an hour). But the front staff person always apologized for any delays. Prescriptions are free and that's a drawcard. My previous pharmacy I used for years in Papakura charged me upward of $15 on some visits. Parking nearby always available. Happy to recommend 👍🙂
A.Unichem Takanini Village Pharmacy has been our go-to pharmacy for all of our prescriptions ever since we moved to Takanini. The ladies working there are lovely and are always providing great customer service. The free prescriptions is a bonus. Best to call ahead to avoid the wait :) Highly recommended.
J.Didn't have complete access to all meds I needed but sent me to another unichem around the corner and scribbling all over my script. Very awkward to explain to the other pharmacy
j.I see them all the time as I have to pickup my repeats every month. All of them are very nice and helpful. There is no waiting time. Very polite and warm. A big shout out to Jyotsna as I see her mostly and she makes my day with amazing service. Manager is very lovely too. You guys are amazing
