Just saw the first three reviews for this store. Such entitlement. 'the staff looked too busy' the girl on the till nodded so I took offence... I think these people need to get out more. Good store, I approach staff who are filling shelves, who always stop what they are doing to show me where things are. Staff behind the tills are always polite... i guess you get what you give

Greeted by rude, unwelcoming lady at the door, she got annoyed with me I couldn't sign in because I don't have the tracing app, was quite unnecessary anger toward a stranger honestly. The asian man who served me at the checkout was polite and friendly... The lift up there is terrible also so avoid going if you have to use the lift

I had a lovely lady help me find everything I needed on Saturday, as well as give me advice on the different vitamins I could use for myself as well as my mother( I think her name was Angelica). She was so lovely, very helpful and kind, so I was very surprised to see a customer yelling at her and her colleague over some makeup prices, that looked like the customer had gotten wrong, I heard no apologies from her either, yet the young lady was still being professional and served her the way she had served me. I was waiting in line, and she kept telling them that she worked for the government. Since she worked for the government she should still have the decency to apologise and understand that they were just doing their job, instead she took out her anger on these young ladies, as well as the pharmacist afterwards. These poor people looked so confused as to why this customer was being angry. Despite the anger that was thrown at this girl, she still continued to serve us well, and helped the customers that were in the area. I felt so bad for these people. It’s those kind of customers that I feel the need to know why must you take it out on service workers. They are still human, they still have their rights. Would you like to be treated the same way if you worked in there too. Just because you also work for the GOVERNMENT does not mean you can ABUSE your title. That shouldn’t mean that you can disrespect everyone that comes your way. I would still come back to this store, and would love to be served by that young lady again!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gian on Saturday. His level of professionalism and expertise was amazing despite being yelled at by another member in-front of the store whilst myself and others were waiting in line. I was really stressed out because I had bought the wrong blood pressure monitor and had lost the receipt but he made the exchange process really easy and was friendly throughout. Thank you Gian

This large drug store is very similar to ones in Asia and the US. It has huge stock of most common medications and natural remedies. Some of the stock items priced as discounted are not. But many are discounted with good prices. Best to check online prior to visiting Chemist Warehouse

Retail staff really helpful, especially one particular staff member (possibly a manager) who always goes above and beyond to assist. Unfortunately the pharmacist on a couple of occasions has not been overly helpful.

Stopped in this evening to pick up some cheap, disposable reading glasses and was completely surprised at the size, selection and quality of the store! Had my cologne and my wifes perfumes that previously we had to purchase online only ... additionally, we were able to pick up our sons vitamins that we usually get at our supermarket for nearly $7 cheaper at the Chemist Warehouse! You'll likely be genuinely surprised at what they sell here and pleasantly surprised at the prices! See for yourself! Highly recommend!

This morning (10:20am) Brisbane Australia time, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dante Tilley at Lambton Quay 3 store. The is one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Dante went out of his way to look a the photo (empty perfume bottle) I emailed to him. He packaged it up and sent it off on my behalf for a very special 50th birthday gift. Thank you for your help Dante, and for making my day. I wish there were more of you around.

I've shopped online with Chemist Warehouse a lot. I haven't been to the actual store. Their prices are very competitive and they actually sell some brands you can't get anywhere else, like Flower Beauty. The website is not the most user-friendly but the prices are good, the the orders are delivered quickly and they've always sent the right stuff (no mistakes or faulty goods).

Had some of the best customer service I've had in Wellington from a man named Sahl. He was friendly, attentive and very considered in his responses to my partner and my self looking for Christmas gifts.

CW LQ, centrally located in lower Lambton Quay opposite the Homestore on the 1st Level, is a godsend with a great range of products across the beauty, health, mobility-aid, etc. niches. Currently almost everything is 50% discounted. This will end on the 25th of June, so here's your chance to stock up. Not sure what the prices will be like after the winter sale ends, so we shall see. Staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and the reason you find a higher staffing ratio is because of the anticipated, higher sales volume whch is not only understandable but prudent (in their attempt to resuscitate a post-covid-lockdown recovery). So don't get annoyed if you get more help than you are used to. Personally I find this level of service helptul because often at some similar venues staff are nonchalantly indifferent to your prolonged hunt for a product and are immobilized except for their till-ringing digits! With a nifty inventory system staff can instantly locate what you seek as well as other closely-related by-products of your search, and from there provide further assistance to refine your search. This saves you time as CW carries a huge quantity and variety of stock (by NZ stds). If you try looking yourself it can be a needle-in-a-haystack process. You could also try online (group website) but may not locate what you seek because their search function does not work that well.

Order click and collect, or go in person only. Don't use their postal delivery service. Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery of my order. And it was only delivered because I had to go into the shop to get answers. They don't answer emails
