This is the 2nd time within the last 3 years that we have used the services of Timeless Images. From the onset we have found everyone on the team to be very patient, professional and responsive. We are so thankful for the memories the team have captured for us which we will value for generations to come. Highly recommended.

The timeless images is one of the most recognized brand in Auckland. They have a good reputation for some of the most amazing family portrait and other seasonal and occasional photography. Bit pricey but definitely a worth for some of the milestones memories. They do have babies, toddlers and kids photography too.

Top class photographer and excellent products definitely recommend it any day. Love the work

Loved my experience with timeless images PHOTOGRAPHY right from when I booked my appointment over the phone, they were amazingly helpful gave me tips on what colours go together and sent me ideas which was the most important part because it shows in the end. Penny was our photographer and she was absolutely amazing, I have 4 kids under the age of 5years and I also brang along my dog and she handled everyone perfectly. I can say my kids are horrible to keep still little lone get any expression out of them but she done all the above and my photos are BEAUTIFUL!!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!! Also thank you Wendi the receptionist for being so cool and putting up with my over excitement when you handed me my photos such a lovely lady. Thank you all so so much for my forever emblems. 100% RECOMMEND TIMELESS IMAGES PHOTOGRAPHY

Penny gave us a fantastic and fun experience having the photographs taken. Took 3 weeks for photos to be ready for collection, this wasn't communicated at the time of purchase but is apparently the normal time frame. A few photos were overly touched up without being discussed to the point of people looking odd but pleased with the majority of the photos.

I won the session for free from their Facebook page and the customer service was stunning 😍. The experience was so special and personal from taking the photos then picking our favorites to receive them. The staff are really incredible, I felt I am the one and only customer (I believe everyone will feel same😉) Good luck Timeless and definitely if the first but not the last session 😄.

Had a fantastic experience all around! Arranged 3 headshots at short notice with no issues and the team came back raving about how much fun they had at the shoot. The headshots were an exceptional quality too. Highly recommend!

Got one of the most amazing photoshoots from timeless. Five stars to the entire team for such a splendid job they did. We got an outdoor family photoshoot, the photographs came out so well, it got tough to make decision at one point as almost all the pictures were just beautiful. Highly recommend them if you someone is looking to create memories for a lifetime.

This close knit team work with you to bring your vision to life, whether it be capturing your graduation, those first moments with bubs or family pride. From the very start they make you feel at ease and are delighted to photograph everyday people from all walks of life. They guide you through each part of the process in a gracious manner. I am stunned at the end results , how humble & accommodating they are! THEY LISTEN & in our fast paced world, this is extremely rare!!!
