These guys were recommended to me. I checked out their website, but had a few questions and when I called Johnathan spent about 10 minutes giving me a mini-tutorial on lighting. I was impressed, and made the drive out the next day to check the shop out and buy what I needed. Really happy - will deal with them again

I have brought items from Phototools and was extremely happy with the prompt service and reply's to emails, and quick delivery from South Island to the North Island. I would definitely have no trouble buying from them again, an excellent trader. I would have no problem recommending shopping with them to anyone either.

Phototools were really responsive with the order being processed and delivered within 24hrs! They also agreed to consolidate the freight charges into one charge, and refund the balance which I thought was great customer service. Will definitely trade again without fail.
