Absolutely stunning photos. Steph, you made it so hard to chose photos I had to have them all. You were so fantastic with both of my girls. It is expensive, but I will never regret getting these photos done. I love them so much.

The most amazing people we have ever worked with! From the beautiful welcome and portrait session then to work alongside our photo selection was a dream! The Portrait Studio will forever be our favourite place to bring our family photos to life. Beautiful people and thoughtful ideas for the best images. We will 100% be back!

Such a great experience. We won a photography package prize and used it for a family photo session. Family photos are something we always wanted but never managed to capture in a way we liked. We now have some amazing photos we can display and be proud of in our home. It was so easy, fun and we would do it again in a heartbeat - thanks again for such a great time!

What an amazing experience for me & my gorgeous pooch, from having my hair & makeup done (a lovely lady suggested by The Portrait Studio) to having photo’s done with an amazing photographer who was brilliant with my pooch and then to the lovely lady who showed & help select the photo’s. With the help of all these amazing women I felt & looked amazing and the photo’s were I can only say AMAZING. A big thank you to you all, have already recommended this experience to numerous family & friends 😊

Absolutely amazing to deal with! We're so good with us having our neapolitan mastiff with us the whole time and the photos look absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend

**Amendment** The owner made contact after my review, she was very lovely & generously allowed me a few days to reconsider my purchase of the extra portrait. It was a difficult decision, but I decided to accept the portrait that was included in the $500 prize package only, & not to go ahead with the extra portrait purchase. She has refunded me $350 which is much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend The Portrait Studio. *********************************************** I won a competition on social media for $500 of photography, which included a portrait session ($150) & 1 matted photograph print valued at $350. Paid $100 deposit to book session which could either be refunded or used on a purchase (fair enough to prevent no-shows). Portrait session was great for the photo-averse, very quick & painless. Photographer was lovely. HOWEVER, be warned that there is a LOT of pressure to purchase more than you initially intended! And the most basic, matted, unframed A4 size portrait is &350!!! Very very expensive. All pics were lovely of course, but afterwards during the viewing session felt very pressured into (almost guilty if you didn't) making a purchase over & above the competition prize.

My second time getting photos taken . Staff is wonderful and friendly . My almost 5 year old son had so much fun at the shoot ! The whole experience is so beautiful and the price is so worth it 🥰

I won a prize draw and the fantastic staff made the whole experience comfortable and super easy. My partner and I had never done anything like this before and would love to go back and bring the whole family!

Cannot speak highly enough of all three of the lovely ladies who helped us through our portrait journey - shoutout to Esther, Steph, and Linda (hope I got that right!) Unbelievable customer service from start to end - not only each super talented at their roles, but with such genuine natures that made us feel comfortable. Went from dreading this to having SO MUCH FUN! Look forward to receiving the final result. (From some tough customers - a stubborn couple + a giant furbaby 😊🐾).

Won a free family portrait at the home show and while we couldn't afford to get any extra photos we are very happy with the portrait. It captures our little family perfectly. The photographer was awesome and they helped us narrow down to the one photo which we really like.

Lovely atmosphere and are really good with uncooperative pets, and daughters lol. Recommend them to anyone

We had an amazing experience. Stef was our photographer and Linda helped us in the ordering department. I personally dislike having my photo taken and Stef made me feel quite at ease. She also managed my three children ( 4, 2, and 18 weeks) with humor and a cheerful attitude. The resulting photos will be something out family treasures forever. Linda was so patient with us as we didn't know what we wanted, too many good pictures to choose from, for the framed piece we selected. She has a great eye and experience for what would look good but made sure it was our favorites and opinions that mattered and were best displayed. I would recommend this studio is a heartbeat. Update: I have received the first part of my order and can honestly say that I love it and it is a real piece of wall art.

what an amazing experience. the staff were so lovely and accommodating. I have 2 young girls that dont like having their photo taken but the woman that did our photo shoot went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and got them to laugh and smile which resulted in the most beautiful photos. I would reccomend this company to everyone. A solid 11/10 from me ♥️

Really lovely staff and our photographer Steph was extremely friendly and professional and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately it is very expensive, prints start at $350 and no digital copies unless you spend $2000+ on a package deal. But the photos are AMAZING!!!

We had an absolutely lovely time with the warm and friendly team here! We accidentally got the time wrong on our visit and these ladies went the extra mile by squeezing us in later in the day so we could still get the beautiful pictures together with our little bubs! Would definitely reccomend!

Kim and the Team at The Portrait Studio, are miracle workers! Never in a million years did I think we would have such amazing photos taken of our family! They were all so beautiful, tears were shed! Kim and Steph were so patient and kind, and I can’t thank them enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Very expensive for what you end up with and quite a sales pitch to push you to purchase. Photos are good but only a posed studio setting rather than natural. Even the digital prints come at huge cost.

Win a sitting and I hate having my photos taken but I have to say the staff made this a great experience. Beautiful photos. Great gifts to family for Christmas
