Tony was the Photographer for our wedding in January 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Absolutely beautiful photos! Tony was very professional, and was brilliant at keeping us to time so we could spend as much time with our guests as possible. He also has a great sense of fun helping us to have the relaxed, easy going day we were striving for.

Tony has been our commercial photographer for our facilities in Canterbury since 2019. Tony is a very hard worker, has a great talent and has continued to go above and beyond for us to produce high quality photos. He understands what we are trying to capture in our shoots, gives great feedback, is easy to work with and he always delivers on time. We highly recommend Tony and we look forward to working together for our future projects.

We researched some local photographers on behalf of a client to enhance their new website. Right from the get go, Photoshots was a clear choice. We engaged with Tony and were very impressed with his friendly professionalism, his genuine interest in the job and his knowledge and experience which helped to mold what we were after. I met with Tony on location with our client and the experience couldn't have been better! He is very personable, friendly, professional and extremely good at what he does. I was very impressed with his approach to taking the photos, his understanding of lighting and environment, his vision and ideas for what will work best to achieve the results. He was particularly good at helping people to feel relaxed and comfortable behind the camera, and giving gentle direction to get the best outcome for each individual. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, as was our client. We are all very impressed with the results and with Tony's engagement and adaptability throughout the process to ensure that everyone was happy. Tony's knowledge, talent, skills, experience and quality of equipment is evident in the photos that he produces. We would definitely use Photoshots again, without a doubt. I would also highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a professional photographer, he exceeds beyond expectation in all areas and is a pleasure to work with.

Tony was our Wedding photographer 10 years ago and did a fantasitc job, so fantastic we got him back to do family photo's on our 10 year wedding anniversary. Super nice guy, great with the kids and knew what was required to get a great picture. Very pleased.

I recently used Tony to do a two day commercial photo shoot around Christchurch. He was very helpful i the planning process, attending multiple calls in preparation. We shot over six locations in two days, one day starting before sunrise to get amazing pictures. The result of the two days was hundreds of some of the best commercial photos I've ever received. I've conducted many photo shoots but never received the quantity and quality that I got with Tony.

We recently used Tony to take our staff photos for our new website. Tony made our large team feel at ease and captured the best in everyone. Not only was Tony extremely professional, flexible and great to work with, the photos look stunning and exceeded all of our expectations.

This year we used Tony for our club photos at the Southbridge Rugby Club. This was the first time we had used Tony and he was fantastic. He took photo's of 9 teams ranging from our Under 7's to the Senior Team. He did great job with every team, and that showed in the photo's that were produced, really pleased with them. We engaged Tony for the photography of our Southbridge School 150th Jubilee Decade Photos. He was fantastic - not only was he well organised and easy to deal with, but he was also very entertaining and a delight to work with from the outset to completion. Everyone commented on what a great job he did as did our Committee. We had challenging weather conditions and a huge crowd (5 to 95 year olds) - none of which threw Tony off-stride. The end product was flawless and punctual - we can not recommend Tony highly enough!

Tony has photographed a number of corporate events for us at The Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce such as large events with the Prime Minister and other dignitaries and The Champion Canterbury Business Awards. These events are often held in large venues with challenging lighting conditions. Tony is very reliable, professional and easy to work with - he responds with quotes quickly and once he has a basic brief from me I can leave him to it on the day of the event.

I recently used Tony from Photoshots for my wedding day. I have to say this was one of the best and easiest decisions I made. Easy - because I have seen Tony's work from a professional level, we have used him for years for our work photoshoots. When I found out he also did weddings that was it, we booked him in. Best - because we have the most amazing photographs! The turn around time to get the slide show was amazing and I had tears in my eyes the first time a watched it, as did many of the friends and family that saw it. He managed to capture the day perfectly. He is fantastic to deal with, making everyone feel at ease through out the day. I loved that he gave direction when taking the shots, he got the best out of us. I also loved that he pulled us over on our way back to the reception to get a few extra shots outside a shed because the light was good. This turned out to be one of my favourite photos. Book Tony for your wedding or whatever, he is totally worth it!!

Tony completed our commercial building project photography for 2018 and has done an amazing job (over 300 images). He coordinated his own access to all of the different sites and provided updates on progress along the way. We ordered a family group photo through our school, and our daughter with ASD refused to sit in the photo.
