Won a gift voucher for a photo session & portrait for our Gizzy. Was an awesome day thank you Kaylene, Mandy & Kirsty. Communication was transparent right from the start, with a $200 deposit required to secure the date totally refundable or able to go toward the cost of a larger portrait. Lots of emails and a welcome pack posted out. Gizzy 7yrs old, got his 2nd only bath of his life. Was brilliant to experience an artist at work. Kaylene really makes you and your furbaby relaxed & comfortable, very professional explaining everything, and getting some amazing shots. Unfortunately my circumstances meant I couldn't afford to spend extra for a bigger portrait but am very happy with the experience and the size that came with the gift voucher. Winning just wasn't great timing for me, however I can highly recommend Kaylene to anyone wanting professional keepsakes of their furbabies. Looking forward to our portrait, so proud of how well Gizzy behaved & we have a fluffy soft nice smelling dog for however long that will last.

Thank Kaylene for having Jasmine and I in the studio, it was a great experience for both of us. A professional team who worked with me and my rescue dog to produce some great images after we won a free session (with voucher). There was no pressure to spend on my account. Today my senior 10 year old greyhound Maisie and I had our photoshoot with Kaylene and Jessica. Maisie spent 9.5 years in the racing industry as a racer and then brood Mum before I adopted her eight months ago. These lovely professionals were so patient and kind and really knew how to get Maisie at her best - Maisie was relaxed, curious and even playful at the studio. The images as a result of their work are so moving. Maisie's beauty, courage and bond with me have been expertly captured - and I am so grateful.

Highly recommended for that special masterpiece of your precious pet. I didn't think it would be possible to capture two busy Boston Terriers in one photograph but Kaylene managed to do this with ease. Rosie and Wade loved the attention and the outing (and the treats). The images captured were so very cute and showed off each their personalities perfectly. The product selection is of the highest fine art quality for longevity and the best possible visual results. Kaylene also spoilt me with chocolate and thoughtful refreshments whilst she worked her magic in the image selection process (which was quick!). We all left feeling spoilt. Can't wait to receive our fine art paper print which will be treasured forever. Thank you LupinBay and Kaylene!

I won a portrait sitting with our cat Gracie Jane. I was expecting just a photo to be honest, but it was so much more. I was absolutely thrilled when I received it. She pops right out of the photo, I almost feel like I could reach in and pat her, her fur looks real. Highly recommended. I thought it was going to be almost impossible to get a shot of a cat as they are certainly their own masters but Kaylene managed to do it without too much drama and stress to Gracie Jane.

We had such a lovely experience at Lupin Bay Photography. The picture that they captured of our fur baby was amazing. They kept us up to date throughout on where they were at with the process. Kaylene was very professional and was great with busta. The whole experience was enjoyable and would recommend to any body looking at getting some artwork done if there fur babies. Can't wait to see the final product, only 12 weeks to go.
