Manurewa acupuncture is a very good place to go it has helped me recover places on my body very well and fast. I would like to thank them very much and recommend other people to go there. I loved my first experience there and the staff are very welcoming it is awesome. I am currently recovering from shin splints and it is still healing. Ever since going here the pain level has dropped Thanks very much Manurewa acupuncture.

I visit Auckland occasionally as the city provides an existential relief from my home town of Christchurch. I wandered into this clinic after advice from a friend of mine. I have had "bad knees" for quite some time and can say that the treatment i received was beyond my expectations. I feel great. I will be coming back.

I struggled with upper back pain and pain shooting down my arm for months. At first the treatments did not produce any significant results but I was advised to be patient with the treatments and the recovery process and I'm glad I did. My pain has completely stopped. I did not think that was possible. I now have a series of stretches and exercises to keep myself pain free. I am completely satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend them.

I lost my balance, whilst my lawn mowing activity , and fell heavily on my right thigh and thence sciatica from thigh to foot on my right leg. I was prescribed pain killing pills that along with some pain relief came adverse side effects that troubled me enough to seek other health remedies. A catheter helped initially with my pee and bowel needs. Both the side effects of the pain relief drugs affected me mentally and physically. The warnings of these drugs, that is, the cause and effects became a real concern to me. I was bedridden for four weeks with the catheter and pain discomfort, and weeks of sleepless nights, constipation, listless and weak, wobbly and drugged-tired out days. Physiotherapists advised exercises, though encouraging, the drugs were adversely affecting me. I wanted and needed something different. It was at this time that my wife suggested another physiotherapist with acupuncture skills. I made an appointment with Manurewa Acupuncture. Jason was my natural therapist here. I am most grateful for his skills. At last with no more drugged out days and positive relief from acupuncture sessions, I recovered from my sciatica pain and associated unhealthy problems. Subsequent to this experience, whilst moving heavy furniture, I damaged a costal cartilage in my left rib cage, so with the help of Jimmy at Manurewa Acupuncture and Physiotherapists I have recovered from this pain, too. So with my accidents and recovery care of natural methods at Manurewa Acupuncture and Physiotherapy, and my return to herbal remedies, I am much healthier and happier and grateful. Extremely satisfied with my overall experience. My back was giving me issues and it was late on a Friday night. The receptionist was great and booked me to see Jimmy straight away. He was thorough, professional, compassionate of my wellbeing and communicated well and addressed questions and concerns.

I have had a great experience with Acupysiohealth. I have been having problems with my neck and arm. After therapy, my headaches leave and my head feels clear. My therapist has given me exercises to work on so I can help with my own therapy. The staff is very friendly and they give you personalized attention. I didn't know what to expect when I first went into the clinic but they made me feel right at home and let me know from the start what they were doing and how they were going to help me. I go in there and the staff makes the experience fun. My therapist, May, and I are always laughing about something. The staff has great communication skills. I feel so much better than I did. My arm is getting relief and we are working towards a whole body of healing when it's only my arm and neck that has a problem.

This clinic delivers first rate care in a professional, well run and welcoming environment. I know because I have been a client through three hip replacements. Without this clinic, I would not able to do all the things I want to do in my life. I am able to hike, ice climb, ski, do aerial pilates, lift weights and more. Most people who meet me could never guess I’ve had three hip replacements. I credit that in large part to having excellent physiotherapy at Acuphysiohealth. As a Pilates instructor, I value the quality of care at Acuphysiohealth and refer my clients to them when they too need help.

I have a herniated disc in my lower back, and struggled for years with chronic nerve and muscle pain. I used to be an avid runner, but was barely able to walk when I first visited my therapist, Joey Hung. By the time he released me from therapy, I was running nearly two miles daily. I still have pain relapses when I do stupid things, and he’s still there to save me! His physiotherapy techniques are tried and true, and he also uses a needling technique that immediately alleviates 90% of my nerve pain when it pops up randomly. So thankful for him - he keeps me moving and living a normal life!

Joey hung looked after me consulted with me first and made some investigations and worked on most of the areas that were sore. He answered my questions and gave simple exercises that I could do with ease. You get your money's worth here. They try a variety of different holistic approaches
