I was having a lot of pain from my neck shoulders and arm and was in survival mode during the day and the nights were impossible to sleep as I was unable to lay down in comfort. Alex has been amazing and to be truthful I was in so much pain and on painkillers that I didn't think he could make this big a difference to my life. I can't thank him enough for his help

Went to BodyFit Physio located in Pakuranga getting treated by Alex. Had a left bruised rib and Alex treated it PERFECTLY!! Now i get my sleep back. HIGHLY recommend BodyFit Physio. Alex and staff surely take care of their Patience. Thanks Alex :)
