Had few bad experiences with Physio with my previous injuries but went to Body Workshop and had Pong look after my shoulder - for the first time I found a physio who understood my problem within 5 mins and worked out on treatment. After 2 days of treatment my shoulder feels 80% better!!! Thanks Body Workshop

Best physio I've been to hands down. The acupuncture services they provide are excellent also. I pefer coming to this physio even though it is further way than closer clinics. Would recommend this clinic above others in the Auckland region.

Just WOW! These guys have helped me get through some minor injuries and a very serious back injury! Always encouraging, understanding, help adapt exercises to your ability and take home exercises to improve on health. Friendly, personable and great team.

(Translated) I had a medical examination by Julian of Physio for scoliosis of the spine. After a careful examination, I was asked to give me the necessary exercises. When my headache and abdominal pain were severe due to menstrual pain, I asked an acupuncturist Brendon to see me. I had never received acupuncture in Japan and was throbbing, but the effect was great. It is a very relaxing clinic where you can receive treatment. Thank you guys and wonderful team! (Original) 背骨の側湾症でフィジオのJulianに診察をしてもらいました。丁寧な診察の後、私に必要なエクササイズを指導してもらいました。生理痛で頭痛、腹痛がひどかった時は、鍼灸師のBrendonに診察をしてもらいました。鍼は日本でも受けた事が無くドキドキしていたのですが、効果は絶大でした。とてもリラックスして治療が受けられるクリニックです。Thank you guys and wonderful team!
