For a number of years I have been coming to Bay Physio for treatment. I suffer from a past back injury that flares up at least a couple of times a year leading to mobility issues and dreadful headaches. The treatment that I receive from Robin is fantastic. He is very knowledgable and always upskilling so I always know that I am in good hands. Over the years my husband and both sons have been treated by Robin or one of his team. We would never consider going elsewhere.

I came in with an extreme sore neck. During the intake they made a diagnosis and a treatment plan. My injury required different skillsets during the treatment, they made sure that the handover in the team was really smooth, so that I did not have to explain things twice. I especially liked that they always explained what they are doing and why, this helped me understanding the way my neck works so that I could do my exercises in between sessions to recover properly. Definitely recommending Robin and his team.
