Have been going to Cross Physio for the best part of a decade. They are very much about the people and cater extremely well to each individuals needs. From injury diagnosis to rehabilitation and a big focus on strength and conditioning along with prehab. They have a wide range of expertise with a number of different sporting codes along with great knowledge of women’s health. I have a huge amount of trust and respect for the team and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With the added bonus of great banter, highly recommend for all of your needs!

Would definitely recommend Cross physio. Isaac has been supporting me through every step of a rehab journey over the past year (ankle tendons and ligament injury doing sport). He is highly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I’ve been impressed by the quick diagnostic and great customised rehab programme. Thank you! Location and being able to use the gym in the same building are other pros.

After years of competitive gymnastics I developed chronic shoulder pain and I lost a lot of strength. The team at cross physio helped me become strong again and pain free and I'm back to training most days of the week. Definitely recommend.

Have been to see Gavin a few times now, and I can honestly say he's incredible.
Laid back and friendly to communicate with but when he gets to work, he's amazing at focusing in and diagnosing/treating with clarity and accuracy. Knows his stuff really well and knows how to use his hands to target muscles and treat them.
Very, very impressive dude.

I saw Jen at Cross Physio about my back muscles which I had injured. Jen was professional, kind and great at her job. I had never been to physio before so I was a bit nervous about the process but she made it east. She spent a lot of time educating me about the injury and how to recover from it.
My injury feels much better and she gave me such great advice - thank you!

I am a person her tends to injure myself nearly every time I play sport. It is always with a different injury. I always contact cross physio and they see me that day. Gavin and Paul are awesome and their knowledge is fantastic! I have had ankle, knee, back and finger issues and they always fix me up! I Have recommended them to everyone I have spoken to about injuries and will continue to do so! Great team.

Gavin looked after me extremely well taking my from a hobbling mess to be able to get back running every day and now I am back to 10k plus runs - I honestly thought I would be stuck with operations and lengthy rehab, but Gavin diagnosed me quickly and sorted a plan to get me back up and running again - I certainly do recommend him!
