Have been working with Eagle Plumbing over the last year or so, both professionally on sites with our electrical firm and personally having them work in our own home. We have found the communication with the office excellent and with the plumbers. Professional and tidy on site. A pleasure to work with them. Always happy to recommend them to our own customers.

Eagle are fantastic. Professional, reliable, know what they doing are great value for money. Communications are clear, you know exactly who is coming, they turn up when they say they will and their costs are transparent. Their back office team are also a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond to questions and very friendly. This is the third plumbing company I've used and they are by far the best. I'm never switching again.

Very professional & efficient, all my water pipes had to be replaced in my property due to prior faulty product. Sean assessed the job, quote within 24hours & job completed with no damage. Couldn't be happier with the service and no more leaks & great job

Brilliant guys… Simeon and Sean… both highly professional, excellent quality work and they do not waste any time getting the job done. Won’t go past either of these two for plumbing work and often recommend them to friends and family

REALLY IMPRESSED Drip from ceiling identified Saturday morning … suspect DVS system buckling under extreme humidity, but not so. NOW know plumbing's installed through the ceiling (relatively new address for us) AND it’s a weekend (in December), so try to call in a plumber ASAP. Turns out you wait for Monday, as no phone response, other than message service, from 5 tried .. ‘please email’. So I emailed 4 … 3 responses .. speedy reply from ‘Ideal Plumbing’ … ‘couldn’t get there til Thursday at best’ .. OK from ‘JG’ .. ‘wouldn’t be til mid January’. But nearly instantaneous from ‘Eagle’ … ‘can have someone there Monday between 3/3:30’ … YES !! And at 3:10 pm, ‘Sean’ was knocking on our door. A pleasant young man who cheerfully scrambled into a confined ceiling space without preamble, and had the repair done within the hour .. and offered cautionary advice before leaving re the plumbing product. The bill .. $201.31 BRILLIANT !

As an Auckland property manager and have been involved in many plumbing repairs over the years. Recently I've been using Eagle Plumbing and have found their customer service and workmanship to be of the highest standards. Highly recommend.

Team@Eagle are super amazing, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had major renovations done at the restaurant and not only did they do a fantastic job but they were fantastic with their knowledge base in suggestions of durable and cost effective ideas. We had plumbing and a huge amount of gas work done. Super friendly and always ready with a clever plan. Office team are fantastic as well, quick with quotes and options, amazingly friendly. Very clever people.

Awesome experience with using Eagle Plumbing , we needed a fairly small job done on our gas with only a coupe of days notice due to us having benchtops changed in our kitchen. These guys responded to my email straight away and confirmed they could do it in time and they did. Very nice neat job and on time which was great. Dealing with them online and with emails meant it was easy to get hold of them and book this job. Would definitely recommend these guys.

We received very prompt and efficient service for the replacement of our hot water cylinder. Simeon, the installer did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to have in the house. I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing and would happily use them again

Eagle Plumbing have a unique communication system from the onset of visiting their website, the chat feature is very helpful and there's always a real person on the other end to provide information. We booked a job with a plumber to upgrade our current shower head and unclog a bathroom sink. Jerry arrived on time to do the job and he was very helpful and friendly. He did a really good and clean job of the all the work we required. We are very pleased with the results.

I had a water pipe break a join in the kitchen on a Saturday night that required me to shut off the water mains for the remainder of the weekend. I did a web message to Eagle Plumbing who I had a great experience with some months earlier and Victoria called early on the Monday morning to explain she could get someone to come by between jobs and if he could not fix it straight away at least make it so we could have water to the rest of the house. The guy came, fixed the issue and even pushed the dishwasher back into place which I had removed to find the leak. Fully recommend Eagle for above and beyond customer service.

Ring Eagle Plumbing and ask for Simeon!" Reliable, knowledgeable, and best of all time efficient! Best tradie we have ever had and we've had a lot!

Excellent service. Very thorough look at issue. Great ethics. Recommended not to install a goose neck tap due to low water pressure issues, when they could have sold one and made some cash on the sale of the tap.

My toilet unit is not flushing well. Paid hundreds dollars used a drain blocker, the problem still exist. The tenant was not happy and kept complainning about high water usage. I had to looking for a good plumber who knows how and can do. I am lucky and I found Eagle Plumbing. I am grateful for their service. An experienced plumber Jeremy Fletcher is, and He helped me saved thousand dollars on my toilet unit , which did not need replacement at all like what the drain unblocker said. I am adding Eagle plumbing as my favourite plumber. and I will come back and also recommended to my friends and family.

Good quality result. We got our duxquest pipes replaced and have peace of mind now. Price was not far off the estimated price. At first the hot and cold water was reversed, but came back and made sure it was right. They also took the time to hunt around for a suitable toilet when it was discovered the one originally ordered did not fit. At the end of the day, we have the result we wanted for a fair price.

Update after having a think. Eagle plumbing turned up and provide an assessment and tightened some couplings on the meter albeit a couple of hours earlier than organised but that's alright as I was home. Ongoing issue around meter box. Appeared to rectify the problem even with the leak on council side by watching the meter which I agreed was correct. For some reason unfortunately within days the meter box is again filling up. Council attend and advise the leak is now on our side of the meter which I located and viewed. Rather then have them back I fixed the problem myself this time around. It appears the couplings loosen when the other tightens which possibly could have been fixed initially. Eagle plumbing have a very friendly team and appear well organised. I think I would have been happier if the plumber had looked at all the fittings and tightened them individually and used thread tape or hair etc to get it snug. I would probably use the team again just a little unhappy with how this went this time as I paid the minimum callout fee. More like 3.5 stars but rounded up because of good service.

Quick response for the 3 times I have used Eagle Plumbing in the last 12 months. Impressed with the speed and quality of the work done.

Plumber arrived promptly the next day after my call. He showed me the problem before he fixed it and explained how he was going to fix it. He then got in with it and the leak was repaired quickly.

Excelent service from first phone call to plumber arriving shortly afterwards to do a no hassle job. Will definitely call them again should I need prompt efficient service. Thanks for a job well done

I had a leak under the house and Eagle plumbing was able to send a plumber to fix it the morning I rang. Sean the plumber was personable and quickly fixed the leak! Great job

Arrived early by 15 mins which was good. Diagnosed issue and fixed promptly. Had to go out for part due to older style unit. Left area clean and tidy. Answered query about other issue and gave estimates for cost. Very pleasant young man, very efficient
