A.Our office wall-mounted boiler broke and we decided to remove it and install a modern undersink system instead. Managed to get 3 quotes for installing the Zenith Hydrotap and JB Plumbing's quote was the most reasonable. Jonathan came and installed it together with his guy and easily did the removal, piping changes and installation well within 2 hours. He was friendly with a pleasant deposition and easy to deal with. Bronwyn the administrator who I've been communicating with via email from the start has been responsive and helpful too. It has been an absolutely positive and satisfying experience with JG Plumbing. I highly recommend them!
J.Jonathan is Honest, Patient, Kind, Respectful and has Integrity. He does his best to do what he says he will do. I had a shower installed last year by Jonathan and his friend Mike the Shower Guy. He did his best to respect any requests I had like spraying the timber frames with mould on it with Anti Mould spray when I asked for it.
He also quickly addresses and fixes any issues I brought up and owns up to it without any attitude complaints or arguments like some other tradies would no matter how small the issue was. For example, there were tiny scratches on the painted metal frame of the shower after the install and he quickly arranged for someone to come and patch up the scratches which made it look as good as new, as if the scratches were never there.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan to anyone if they ever needed a plumber.
E.We had Jonathan and his team do some work throughout the house. They were professional, reliable and easy to communicate with. Would use again for future jobs.

J.Jonathan upgraded my low pressure hot water cylinder to mains pressure. He was prompt in sending through the quote which was clearly itemised and fitted my job in at short notice. He was respectful of the property placing drop sheets on the floors and efficiently went about replacing the old cylinder with his contractor.
