Would highly recommend Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. We recently used them to plumb out our kitchen and laundry during a renovation. As with most renovations dates and times get moved around a lot, Laser Plumbing East Tamaki were so accommodating and I couldn't have asked for better. Brad and his team were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever a problem. I would 100% use them again.

Update... thank you Laser Plumbing for your call last week to inform me that I won your monthly prize! My Prezzie card voucher arrived in the post today! Excellent service, and appreciated the call from Brad this afternoon to check that i was happy with the job. Nice touch.

Laser Plumbing provided a very quick response time to my service call, a friendly, clean and knowledgeable tradesman, a competitive price and got the repair work done efficiently and fast. I would most definitely use their services again.

An appointment was made within a couple of days of me requesting one, at a time that suited me, I was phoned to let me know the plumber was going to arrive slightly after the agreed time and the job was done in a friendly, professional and timely manner to a high standard. I would highly reccommend Laser Plumbing.

I had requested service during Level Four and when we went into Level Three I didn't have to follow up to get an appointment they came back to me which I appreciate. My plumber (Jonathon) was very friendly, good around my dogs, did the job well and efficiently. I have used Laser Plumbing East Tamaki for a few years now. They are reputable, friendly and well-trained. Also - very on time!! :-) Highly recommend.

I have used Laser Plumbing in the past for normal plumbing issues in normal conditions and have been very happy with their work. But a recent emergency call to them in after hours Level 4 conditions has elevated their status to next level amazing. The politeness, clarity and responsiveness of the person answering my emergency phone call on a Saturday night, after hours and in Level 4 was amazing and reassuring. The work was then completed within a couple of hours of my phone call so we could continue our weekend with water. The person who completed the work was polite, competent and respectful and wore ppe gear - very professional. Laser Plumbing were overall amazing, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I was recommended to use Laser Plumbing by a friend. It turned out I had quite a serious issue and I am so relieved to have chosen true professionals. Reliable, quick to come and even juggled other jobs so that my issue could be rectified more quickly. Brad, Mark, Harrison kept me informed regularly and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing which they did! Left my property spotless after having to dig a crater in my back garden and even cleaned out my leaf filled gully trap out of the goodness of their hearts on the way out. Huge thanks for dealing with what seemed to me like a nightmare in such a supportive way! I won’t use anyone else for future work. 👍

Discussing my plumbing problem over the phone with the knowledgeable receptionist (Karen), gave an impression of a capable company. At very short notice she arranged for a plumber who punctually arrived at the specified time. Plumber (Kunal) was friendly and totally professional. He studied the plumbing problem, thought about it for 2 minutes and then proceeds to fix it. In less than 30 minutes, the problem was fixed.Laser Plumbing East Tamaki is totally dependable to do an honest professional job – peace of mind & no worry. Job done quickly and cleaned up after himself. Plumber was also polite during interaction. Very happy with the all round service received from communication with Michelle online who was very helpful & friendly right through until the job was done. Will definitely use again in the future.

We booked laser plumbing for an urgent job in Feb. The water was leaking under the concrete close to the water main. The receptionist quickly identified the issue via the photos i sent through the email, suggested the best way to fix and arranged the plumber to come to the site on the same day.The service was professional and reliable, the cost was reasonable too. Really appreciated.

I couple of weeks ago I had to organise the removal and replacement of my toilet to so that my floors could be sanded. The contractor left it to the last minute let me know and I scrambled to get it sorted while working from a nearby Airbnb. I called Laser Plumbing thinking I had no chance in hell of sorting out I such a short time frame. But the lovely Karen had one of the plumbers in there within a couple of hours and then helped me coordinate getting it back in between layers of polyurethane being put down and drying, a few days later. I could not have been more grateful for the superbly coordination and ease at with which this was done. On top of this – I mentioned that I had put up with the toilet cistern knocking against the wall when you get up from the toilet for more that 10 years. A simple bead of silicon now make this a distant memory. Great customer service.

My new home’s pipe and tap doesn’t fit my new washing machine. The plumber had replaced a set of new pipe and tap to fix the problem. Professional service, friendly and reliable plumber. Although there was a little leak after the job done but Karen rapidly arranged the plumber come back on the next day and fixed it.

Jaycob was superb. He quickly replaced our insinkerator, tidied up thoroughly, was friendly throughout, all while juggling Level 3 restrictions. Would highly recommend Laser East Tamaki and Jaycob for their professionalism.

Recently we had water pouring out from under our building. We spoke to the plumber on call and they advised us to turn the water off and booked the job for first thing Monday morning. We had to change our location only for the session on Monday morning and then it was all fixed and we could carry on. The plumber who attended was polite, professional and very experienced. He identified immediately what the issue was and fixed it as quickly as he good. Would certainly recommend this company if you need a problem solved quickly and efficiently.

Called in the evening after normal hours, got good advice about charges and was enabled to make a decision to delay until next day, contact was made early next morning as promised, and plumber arrived on site as arranged. All staff had a pleasant manner and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. A good experience.

Every time the team has been punctual and professional giving many solution based options. They even tidy up afterwards and are friendly too our young family. 5 star rating

First point of contact was awesome. Booked us in for the next working day and plumber showed up on time. The plumber was experienced and did a great job of repairing our toilet. When we urgently needed a plumber and struggled, until a client recommended we phone Laser Plumbing. Right from the first point of contact with Customer Service we received excellent service. The Customer Service operator was extremely helpful, with informing me of a plumber would call. As it was an urgent call out, the plumber Jonathon arrived on the day and to get the job done. We are a skin & laser clinic with clients coming and going, that being said Jonathon was super considerate and said he needed to make a loud noise would that be okay. Punctual and friendly, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and economically for the agreed upon price. Also was great with my dog! Highly recommended.

Sir Having owned a business myself, I know complaints come easy. I am writing to rave about your service! I don’t normally use a group trades services. But when I called KP, I knew I found the right place. Customer Service is an art form. It starts from the top, and is easily identified in the first few words of the person who answers the phone. I called to make a appointment and KP ask what worked for me! Then when my wife went into hospital, she rearranged to the first appointment in the morning. Same smile in her voice, no attitude no rush. My door bell rang at 7:30 I thought you were coming at 8:30. Jonathan said Good morning I could back if you like! Looked at my leak and explained what he would do and did it. I had some other small issues and he took care of them. Being a plumber is easy, being a professional is something few people ever achieve. It requires being able to do a task while making the customers feel engaged. It is a skill that starts at the top of an organisation and is nurtured and rewarded. If it is your hope that your company can deliver excellence,KP and Johnathan have done you proud. Please mention my compliments to them both. Please show your employees and family as well. This is what all the late nights are about, the skinned knuckles, the constant employee drama. Having move to NZ from NY I find customer service here lacking. Today LASER was Professional! Finally I asked Johnathan how was it to work at LASER, he used the word Great. The service from Karen at the office as well as the service shown onsite (Jarrod i think) was fantastic. It was friendly, informative and the site area was left clean and tidy.

Remedied another 'plumber installation job' Resolved water hammer noise. Redirected waste disposal piping Gas piping advise. Future consideration for water piping supply improvements to Rinnai heater.

Thank goodness for Lazer Plumbing in East Tamaki. They worked hard to find an underground rain water leak and while a one day job is going to stretch into a two day Job, persistence found the problem.
