R.I have had Laser Plumbing in the past to identify a number of problems that no other plumbing service I have tried in the past could, they also install a new hot water cylinder and more recently to identify and fix a problem with shower pressure, Jason is a amazing, he has solved so many issues for me and this one was no exception, so helpful and explains everything so well. The best plumbing firm ever, from when they answer the phone everyone is so efficient and helpful. Very prompt service too.
D.Our toilet was leaking and needed urgent repair. Penny at Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn did as she promised and got us one of their team to very promptly show up. Ben Harris did a great job. The job was tricky but he was patient and careful as well as professional. He did a great job and I will use the services of this team again
D.Thanks a lot for an excellent job carried out by Steve on 9 Feb 2022 of repairing the leak from a burst pipe, near our water meter. Not only did he take the time to answer some of my queries, he also removed the water and leaves out of the stormwater drain and even unblocked our waste disposal in the kitchen (which wasn't part of the job)!
Very impressed with Steve's service.

M.Chris H was my plumber today and this was my first time using Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn. I live in Ponsonby so I thought I'd try a local business and I was extremely impressed. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He arrived on time, was very conscientious and experienced and he sorted all of our problems out in one go from repairing a faulty gas hob to replacing a broken kitchen tap and installing a new trap in my ensuite sink ... he even helped me to fix the seal on my oven. I cannot recommend Chris H and Laser Plumbing enough. I'm telling all my friends.

K.A previous plumber was sent around by our body corp (Barfoot & Thompson) to inspect my shower area over a month ago because there was a leak to apartment below. That plumber did not fully investigate nor did that plumber or the body corp follow up with me after the visit which I had paid for, the result? I was unable to use the shower during that period. I asked a paint company who were working in the common area of my apartment building for a recommendation and laser plumbing was their recommendation. Laser plumbing was easy to book with, they promptly came around, thoroughly investigated what the cause of the problem was, explained clearly what could be the possible causes could be- made repairs accordingly - and asked me to check with the apartment downstairs to ensure the leak had been resolved. To be safe I used the shower over one week - and checked in with my apartment below to ensure the leak was gone. The leak is resolved and what stands in stark contrast to me is the difference between the professional plumbing service I received from Laser with their timely follow ups and articulate communications both in person and through emails - and the previous plumbing service.
M.Wayne should be employee of the decade! We have asked for him for all the plumbing jobs at our house, from sink installations to replacing the hot water cylinder, and installing drainage for our new ensuite. Communication is always easy, and he always takes great care with both the planning and execution of his work. A highly skilled professional!
R.Quick and arrived 1hr early same day of ringing for a urgent call out. Very honest and efficient of getting quote out an hr after finding issue as was a pretty urgent job that really needed attention fast. Highly recommend these guys for any gas issues.

T.Laser Plumbing sent Chris H within 20 minutes of my call for someone to check if we had leaking under the house as we could hear hissing. The sporadic leaks from old pipes and connections were fixed quickly. Excellent service. The invoice arrived a short time after, and we paid immediately for the responsive and efficient service!

A.Came home from work to discover a burst pipe under the house. Luisa who took my call was very helpful, calm and professional. She told me she would have a plumber to me within 30 mins or so and emailed me the call out fees so there were no surprises. The plumber Michael arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem as well as testing the repair. This was my first experience with Laser / Osborne Plumbing and I would totally recommend them, really professional, responded fast and reasonable charging. Helped me out during a stressful time. R.I would recommend Laser Plumbing for two reasons:
1. My mum, who's in her 80s, had no problems contacting them and getting them to come out to fix a toilet. They also came out quickly within about an hour.

S.Laser plumbing have done great work under difficult conditions. They were faced with an Art Deco apartment which is old and which had been neglected in various plumbing ways by the previous owners. They came out at a moments notice when there was a threatened explosion from the low pressure hot water cylinder . The work was cold and dirty. They replaced quickly it with a mains pressure cylinder . In addition they have come and fixed leaks and replaced a shower which was around 40 years old. I have found their workers honest ,reliable , competent and trustworthy.The administration responds quickly and sensitively. And it must be a stressful industry
