I rang Mr Plumber in a broken pipe emergency and they were extremely helpful getting someone to come within 45 minutes. I was very happy with their response compared to other companies I rang. Definitely recommended.

Prompt on time, helpful tradesman completed repairs professionally and verified their functionallity A 10% discount (senior) on labour was given. My only disappointment was the non-discounted and rather high call out charge which was larger than 1 1/4hrs labour doing the job. Ian M.

I needed an urgent plumber same day. They were booked up but they managed to fit me in late in the day! So pleased. Man on the phone was very helpful. :)

We had a blocked drain so I hunted around and Mr Plumber was recommended to me. Gave them a call and they turned up within a couple of hours. The two guys were friendly and very careful to keep everything clean and disinfected. Job was done in 2 hours, including time spent going off to buy a fitting that they had to replace. Well done to Mr Plumber!

Needed a plumber at the worst possible time. Someone was here early following day and what seemed a disaster (and was at the time) was quickly and calmly fixed..... at a reasonable rate may I add. I have kept their number now for future reference and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Mark come round to my house as my kitchen sinks were blocked. He was very professional and friendly. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how the blockage occurred. Finally he gave me some advice on using the sinks and avoiding the same problem. Thank you, Mark

I suspected a leak in a section of our roof gutter which is 3 stories up. Have used Mr Plummer a few times before so they sent 3 of their guys who knew our property. The team leader assessed the height risks and discussed his plan with me which I approved as it is a long way down. I watched closely to ensure that all H & S issues were followed. He soon found the source of the leak, cleaned out the Rubbish, sealed the leak and inserted some bird whiskers I supplied, job done. Very happy with their service and professionalism and invoice was very reasonable too. Highly recommend them.

I called at 9am and they came at 11.30 on Sat. Their service is great. Mark contacted me for the photo of the leak area to make sure he had everything required when arrived. Price is $270+gst+material cost for after hour service. This includes call out fee and 1hr of labor cost. Can't say it is most affordable but sometimes you do not have choice for emergency leaking. Overal the price is fair, and you can pay by Efpos.

Bit of miscommunication and needed to call and connect few times to get a right appointment time. The cost seems to be bit steep where you even charge a customer for wearing gloves to do the work.
