J.Had the pleasure of having Allen and Brandon when our hot water cyclinder called it quits. They were able to come in, diagnose the issue instantly, source parts and install it all in the same day. Very clear and honest communication. You have a wonderful team over at Optimum. Reasonably priced and very time efficient.
N.Have had the pleasure of dealing with these guys several time over the last two years and Allan is the absolute best. Gets the job done, polite and friendly, timely and even got me a new stove top installed on xmas eve morning after it blew up the day before - bloody legend! Highly recommended.

D.Amazing service! My wife was the only one home when our hot water cylinder burst and with a quick phone call rob was over the same day and was very reassuring. Within 24 hours he had organised for one of his staff (Big AL) to come and install a brand new hot water cylinder the next day. Outstanding service from these guys, can not thank them enough for sorting out something that we had thought would take at least a week to do. We highly recommend this company to anyone!
