Over the weekend we had water gushing down our driveway. We called Richard and he was willing to be at our property straight away. As we are renters, and could not get hold of our property manager, Richard was quick to get on the phone and get hold of the owner to explain the seriousness of the situation. He then worked quickly to find the leak and replace the pipe. We had also mentioned that the toilet was leaking and he changed some parts without even charging us for labour or the parts as he said he would rather make sure it works at that stage and he was there already. He later came back to install a new mixer on the shower, again the service was great. I would highly recommend Richard from The Plumbing Crowd.

I called The Plumbing Crowd and they got here within two hours and got the job done in a timely manor and took the time to explain what they did to fix the problem. Very happy with this service. Richard is very reliable, punctual and professional plumber who I would highly recommend to anyone. Safe to say they will be on my speed dial for the future.
