Probably the fastest turn around on service I have ever experienced. 15 minutes from my initial email to a man in a van at my doorstep. Our blocked drain was quickly cleared and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely reccomend their service and would use them again in the future. Cheers again.

within 2 mins of enquiring online we had a call and someone was here within 20 mins on a Sunday afternoon..awsome young guy fixed our blocked sewer line without a drama and the cost was very reasonable.glad we didnt wait until monday. Highly recommend these guys

Another two excellent jobs done for us (clearing a blocked drain and using a camera to identify cracked sewage pipes where tree roots were causing the blockage) in a short space of time. Again, those that attended the job worked efficiently and were happy to answer all my questions.

After scoping and finding a blockage of sewer pipe Pooman was given the job of cutting out the damaged section of pipe.What I thought would be a difficult job was made to look simple and they took no time in replacing the broken piece,plus they left the area neat and tidy. We were very happy with not only the job but the price We certainly would reccomend them to any one having problems with their sewer or drains.

These guys provided me with fantastic service on Saturday afternoon. Within 20 minutes of my emergency call someone arrived. The young guy that helped me out worked as efficiently as anyone could and quickly solved my problem and I thought what he charged me for working on a Saturday afternoon was fair. I was charged $138 in total for about an hour of his time, labour, equipment use and transport - I don't think you could ask for better than that.

Had a blocked toilet..Curt (Kurt?) was professional, friendly and good humoured (even when he pulled a huge wad of tree roots, paper and other unmentionable matter from the drain). Pooman...great company with excellent employees...what more could you ask for?

I have used The Pooman several times over the past year for clearing drains and for a toilet relocation. I made an enquiry the other day and got a really quick response from Damian who sent someone around. The drain technician phoned before arriving and was really thorough with his inspection, even getting a camera into the drains to have a look. Good work guys.

Pooman has a rapid response, even on weekends. They have well stoked vehicles with a selection of methods for clearing drains and septic tanks. Others I've dealt with only have one method available. Pooman pricing is competitive. Pooman are licensed drain layers which offers security and also do drainage repairs and new work. I found pooman to be a great company to do business with. Thank you

Rapid response to my emergency, then Damien and Paul organised quotes and got the lads out here the next week to do major pipework. I must say the Drainlayers put in some hard graft and were so respectful and friendly and got the job done - then the Builder they organised followed through replacing the deck - all OUTSTANDING workers and workmanship, I would recommend The Pooman to everyone - Thank you all :)

Many thanks to the team at Pooman for unblocking the sewer at Barbados st recently. The staff were great in working in rain and cold conditions to resolve the issue.

On-site within 20min of calling regarding a blocked drain. Drain plungered and fixed quickly and cheaply. Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Great service arrived at 7 30am and away by 9 00am all stormwater drains cleared never heard water running like that before would recommend to any body for prompt and very efficient service well done guys

Had a few big burleigh men staying for the weekend there ablutions blocked my sepic system, I called the poo man and quick smart he removed blockage that none of us dared go near, thank goodness he emailed the bill.
