Such a pleasure to deal with this company, why haven't I found you guys sooner! From the first contact and instant friendly reply, ease of booking the job... to the outstanding service. Des was lovely, took all the stress away and did a great job replacing the kitchen tap and fixing the toilet cistern (didn't need replacement yet, thanks Des) . All the time explaining and communicating and did everything with much care. I finally found a plumber I can trust (had bad experiences before).. Payment was also super easy via eftpos on site. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Des and SAP for a great job done 👍😊 I have peace of mind knowing who to call if my old house and its waterworks play up again in the future.

It's not very often these days I get such exceptional service where it prompts me to write a review, however this is the case with SAP. I have used them on many occasions and every time it is the same, truly fantastic service. This time I had a leak with my hot water cylinder and was concerned as to whether someone could come the same day as it was a Friday before a long weekend. Well wasn't I pleasantly surprised when Karen, with the lovely phone manner told me one of their team would be here within the hour. Then I had the very friendly team member Terry arrive with a smile and fixed the leak in no time. I must say the whole experience made my day. If only all companies you dealt with were the same. I highly recommend SAP if what you want is prompt, efficient, good quality service at a reasonable price. Well done to the team at SAP once again

I reside in Takanini. The mixer in the main bath room started leaking. Water was flowing everywhere. I phoned the S.A.P. Ltd team at 8am on a Sunday morning!. I got my call answered with a friendly and help full voice. The after hours technician came and repaired it in timely manner, without any hassle. - Good job team S.AP. Have had ongoing plumbing problems at my house over some years. Prior plumbers never seem to fix the problem properly and some were just complete rip off artists.. I a SOOOOOOOOO glad to have found South Auckland Plumbing All of the plumbers they have sent out to me have been amazing and great at explaining what the trouble is and how they are fixing. Their last visit yesterday got to the bottom of a pressure issue and the plumber took time to explain the situation and show me the test that they were running. Super happy with their service!

Highly rate south auckland plumbing! Called in for a leaking pipe, quick response. Showed up the next day and fixed it in a hour or so. Work was neatly done, price was responsible compared to other plumbing experiences i’ve had.

Can do attitude, great service, not easy to get under my house to install a long 80mm drainpipe and connect to the mains but the guys from south Auckland plumbing did it without any fuss .they left my property very tidy as well highly recommend this company 👍👍👍 Andrudh Jokhan.

Ivan and Betsy Stott South Auckland plumber Chase came late on second visit, as Management put us in the system but omitted to pass the message to Chase. Chase came late afternoon on Friday, quickly established where the unusual pipe leak was and what needed to rectify the problem. Chase returned on Monday afternoon, at an arranged time and efficiently repaired the leakage. Chase is an excellent communicator and a credit to South Auckland plumbing. He is a friendly, polite person with us and has a very good rapport with his Apprentice and involved him in the whole job. We consider him a very good example for his apprentices to follow.

Had a leaky shower mixer, water going everywhere. South Auckland Plumbing turned up within a couple of hours when others would not. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Chase and Liam from South Auckland Plumbing Ltd. We called SAP to fix our pressure valve and stabilize our toilet and were given an appointment following our phone call in the next two days. SAP sent Chase and Liam to assess the situation, and not only did they remedy both problems, but they also provided us with fantastic and speedy service. Great job replacing my old dishwasher. Guys turned up when expected with a courtesy call first. Job was done fast and efficiently, even with my dogs trying to ‘help’ all the way through! Definitely be using again if I have any other plumbing jobs and happily recommend to friends.

I always use South Auckland Plumbers. They are efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. They quote accurately, arrive when they say they will (or call if they need to change the time by a little) and I have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and give clear explanations for what they have done, without talking down to me. Asa woman on my own who knows nothing about plumbing except that water comes from a tap (hopefully!), this aspect of their service is really important to me. Over the years I have had several plumbers from South Auckland Plumbing do work for me and they have always provided excellent service. The office woman Karen is also prompt, friendly and helpful. If you live in South Auckland, i highly recommend their service. Five stars from me!!

The team were very quick to resolve the problem, a team was booked swiftly and they arrived earlier than the time they proposed. Once they identified where the leak was they sent the repair team in and the boys worked quickly and hard in a very hot shadeless driveway. Was very happy with all the stages of the work to completion.

My water bill went crazy when I had some people staying with me earlier this year, but after they left the water bill was still crazy and I couldn't figure out why. I found a water leak inside the wall coming out the boards on the side of my house yesterday so I asked them to come and they did later that day. They fixed the issue and the bill was really reasonable. I'm very happy with the job.

The service I receive from South Auckland Plumbing is by far the best I've received in a while. I have requested their assistance on 3 seperate occasions over the last 2 years to fix different plumbing related issues. Some of these issues have been quite urgent for me and each time I have dealt with them, they have been quick to respond and send one of their friendly crew out to my house to assist. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

I've used South Auckland Plumbers around 6 times over the last year and been happy with their service every time. Each time they got the job finished same day (small jobs) and at a great price. My experience is that they show up on time and communicate if they cant make it. At the end of a job they also give me some insights into what they've fixed, the parts they use and any advice they think is useful. We've used other plumbers and generally get an expensive bill or they have to come back later as they don't have the parts. Would totally recommend

I requested assistance with leaking shower and faulty taps on Monday afternoon 1/11/2021. Plumber came Tuesday morning 2/11/2021 at 8.00 am 2/11/2021 and had all repairs completed by 9-30 am. Excellent response & friendly staff.

These Guys came out checked Gas Cylinder and the work done by BBPlumbing that leaked worse than first rang, I got so upset with for work to be done my carpets totally saturated but they did not care, Yes I was upset and desperate I contacted Sth Auckland Plumbing and they did a fantastic job highly recommend to anyone who needs work done properly don’t use anyone else now but Sth Auckland Plumbing they rock

Very reliable, honest and efficient service. Admired how much respect Andrew displayed by removing his shoes every time he came back inside from being under the house. He took the time out to explain the damage and solution. Received a phone call from Karen to advise me that I would receive a refund as the work didn't take as long as I was quoted. Checked the reviews from previous customers and decided to take a chance on using South Auckland Plumbing. AWESOME service! Chase was very thorough in walking me through what had happened with my taps and was very professional in the replacement of one and fixing another. I would definitely contact this company again should I have any future plumbing concerns.

South Auckland plumbing were excellent. They responded to our call quickly and the plumber who completed the job was super friendly. The only downside was that he bombed our toilet because of the steak and cheese pie I gave him for lunch hahahaha. Sorry mate, I didn't know you couldn't eat dairy. Their quote for the job was about 40% less than some other plumbers we contacted. Would highly recommend.

We had a leaking hot water cylinder followed 2 days later by water pouring through the ceiling of our kitchen. South Auckland Plumbing helped us through a very stressful time - including coming out on the weekend to let us get some water back on. I am more than satisfied with the quick response and workmanship that we have recieved from South Auckland Plumbing over many years Especially one time when I had another firm suggested to me who came out to a leak we had and after about 3/4 they said that there was no leak that was causing water running down our wall downstairs and that the water was coming in from the exterior of our house.I knew there was a leak so I contacted South Auckland plumbing explained the situation to them Not long afterwards a young chap came over I showed him where I thought was the problem and within 5 minutes he picked out where the leak was and it was all fixed within 20minutes Thank Goodness for South Auckland Plumbing.
